These guys are awesome and so very knowledgeable! They went above and beyond for me. Nick helped me save the last voice-mail from my grandma who just recently passed away. As horrible and painful it was to lose her. I thought I had lost the last voice-mail when I dropped my phone and it cracked and ruined my phone's screen, the only way I can ever hear her voice again. He help get it back for me. He was very compassionate of how upset I was. Him and his crew Kiefer and Seth worked together to make sure that it was saved in a place where even if something happens to my phone again, I will always have her voice. Thank you guys!!! I had a screen replacement that costed $300-$400. Not only did it take 2 weeks to get in, the touch wasn't installed correctly. My screen randomly starts acting like I'm touching it dramatically when I'm not. Sometimes restarting it doesn't even fix this issue. Not to mention, my phone comes with a default automatic dimming/brightening feature that has also been messed up after the screen replacement. Lastly, my biggest concern is that the screen they installed cracked without ANYTHING happening to the screen. No drops, no sitting on it, no extreme temperature changes. I even took the extra procaution of having a case where the screen cannot touch whatever surface it is sitting...

Made an appointment to program key fobs, had one that needed programmed and needed a new one. When my husband dropped it off, Nick was a little confused despite it only being a few days since he made the appointment. When my husband picks up the car, the key fob doesn't work and Nick's answer was sorry, that will be $50. No disclosure prior that there would be a charge if it didn't work, no review of chances of it working, no apology for it not working, no explanation about why there was still a charge. Just a "yeah that sucks" and that was it. Excellent reviews, much cheaper than a dealership but customer service left a very bad taste...
