I have been to this location twice times and attempted to order a breakfast burrito. One time, I used their online app to order and pay. I arrived at the restaurant 10 min after the time I was given that my order would be ready by and was told that my order was not made and I would have to wait at least an additional 20 min for my order to be completed because two larger orders were received in front of mine. Then when I requested a refund, I was told that they were unable to refund the cost of 1 breakfast burrito and would have to call me and let me know. I received a call 2 days later, and was refunded the price for the 1 burrito almost 2 weeks later. The second time I went to this location to give them a second chance, I went at 9:15 am in the morning (they were already open for over an hour, and were still serving breakfast), I attempted to order 2 breakfast burritos , but they had not made/were out of the following items: chorizo, guacamole, corn salsa, potatoes, and shredded cheese. Therefore, I only ended up ordering 1 breakfast burrito, which would have been better if I could have had all of the desired ingredients. I would pass at this location and if you really want Qdoba, make the drive go to the other location which has much better...
Read moreRarely is a fast food type experience so bad that I actually feel the need to post a review about it to Google, but this was that experience. I would like to preface by saying that the young lady that actually served us was great, but everything else was horrendous. Most of the hot food had been sitting on the warmers for so long that it was super dried out and well on its way to burnt. I watched in horror as one gal fulfilled a pickup order by scraping the last dregs of crusty brown rice that was burnt to the bottom of the tin into a bowl all while very dramatically rolling her eyes at her coworker who briefly reached around her. Then that one ignored the rest of the people waiting in line and just let the first one do all the work while she huffed around to the back of the store. I managed to get them to get out a fresh tin of pulled pork for my burrito, so at least that piece was good, but I feel sad for anyone who got any of the rest of the burnt meat and dried out rice and crusty queso they had sitting there. I'm sure their food was like chewing on shoe leather. But again, kudos to the young lady that served us, she was the only good thing...
Read moreAppalling food! Dried up hard rice, dried up cold chicken, pinto beans were as cold as the refrigerator. Absolutely horrible food. Little to no product left in tins and so our burritos were half the size they normally are. Unfortunately the servers were like sheep in the headlights, just completely oblivious to what to do. Shame on Qdoba for serving such disgusting food and for not training there staff before putting them on the service line. The manager was storming around with the most hateful scowl on her face. Guarantee you we will never go back or recommend this Qdoba to ANYONE!
Update: I will have to add to my above review. I was contacted immediately by the owner of Qdoba, he showed genuine concern about my experience. I will assure those who read my review that this owner cared and was working hard to make good adjustments within his restaurant. Good for him 👏 thank you for hearing me and trying to make...
