Salesperson was friendly. Went in for 6 month cleaning of my wife's ring (she was not present). This particular ring had sat in the box since it's last cleaning. Salesperson informed me there were two losel stones and that it would be $43 to have the ring shipped out and serviced. Not knowing any better I agreed to the charges and went to meet up with my wife in the mall. She explained the ring hasn't been work in 6 months so we went back and decided against the service charge. After explaining to the salesperson the ring hadn't been worn she tried to back talk by saying the stones weren't very loose after all and that even if the ring isn't worn and kept in it's box that the stones can come loose on their own. Needless to say, we took the ring to another jewelery store outside the mall and asked for a simple inspection and cleaning, just as we had done at the first store. We watched them inspect and clean the ring. When we got the ring back I asked if there were any issues with the ring that might be a concern. They said no everything was in good condition, gave us the ring and we were on our way. I have a feeling the salesperson was looking to take advantage of a chance to make a quick buck rather than looking out for it's customers best...

I have purchased a number of items from this location. Sunday was my worst experience in a jewelry store. A newer sales representative was helping me. I was pleased with her. Another sales person decided they had to run over to see what was going on. There was a very nice watch that I was about to purchase We were attempting to adjust the clamp so I could try it one. The Rep that rushed over said; We can't adjust the clamp unless you are going to buy it, because it's a lot of work to do so. I simply thanked them and walked out. I sent the Manager a message outlining my situation. She never responded. Clearly they don't care about how the customer feels. Very evident as they don't even respond to their reviews on here.
