Factory Direct Mattress — Hotel in Cedar Rapids

Ian was very good. He definitely took good care of my mother thanks buddy. Update October 2022 stopped by the store in January ‘22 to buy new beds for my children and me 4 total had bought new furniture from Heath at CR Home Furnishings which was a great experience would have taken 8 weeks to get beds and mattresses. Since they treated my mom good I thought I’d do business with Factory Direct Mattress big mistake applied for financing was told it’s 120 days same as cash expressed my concern about a credit check because I was working with SBA on a loan for my business. Bought $2800 in bedding put $600 down balance of $2100 with same as cash that was a no brainer for me. Got notification from my bank this company taking $450 a month from my account 2 months in a row I stopped them from doing it a 3rd got a statement with a balance of over $10,000. So needless to say I have turned them in to the attorney general’s office. Watch these guys and their deceptive...

The only good thing about this store are the non mangement staff. They're nice. Thats it.

I ordered a queen mattress and sheet protector. I recieved a full matress labeled as queen. I measured it. Management gave me some excuse and said that wasnt a valid reason to send it back. So I had to live with it.

A year and a half down the line im having chronic back problems, due to my mattress being so diveted in the middle that i'm on the floor. I try to return it again, but when i take off the sheet protector i see that it has separated and torn, just from standard use. For a year. All sweat went right through to the mattress. They refused to refund for either of them.

Don't buy from these people. Bad quality beds!!! I got a bed almost 2 years ago and it has a 2 huge dips in the bed that started 9months ago and you can feel the coils dig into your back. I have been trying to get them to cover the warranty and the first time they took my call and got information of type of bed and they don't even carry this type of bed anymore! RED FLAG!!!! They said they would search for the reciept due to they NEVER gave me one! They were in a rush to leave the store that night. They never called me back and have been avoiding the issue. So I may be dropping the mattress off in front of there store with a nice sign on it. So people can beware to buy from these people. I spent at least $500 on this bed.
