Deserves a 0 honestly. Asked person about a steering wheel I wanted to purchase. Isaac clearly stated he didn't know which system. He did not state any return policy or anything. Nothing was posted at the original locatìon of purchase next door to Game Stop in Lindale Mall. Tried the item the next morning. I tried it on my gaming PC and also my PS5. Did not turn on at all. Took the item back to original location with my receipt which clearly does not state any return policy. Again no signage at this location either stating any return policy. Once the cashier came up front after over 5 minutes of waiting at the register she sent me down to the other Turtle Power location located at the complete opposite end of Lindale Mall. I had to take my return all the way down there because the cashier was not allowed to make returns. After having to be inconvenienced again by walking all the way to the other store, I walked in to the register, stated my purchase did not work. The guy working at the register was the person that sold me the steering wheel. He said that it worked before. I said I tried it on my PC and PS5 and nothing. He claims he told me. I again said no, and my son would verify as he was with me. Isaac (owner) said he told me PC, PS2 and PS3. I said well it doesn't work for PC as you said you then claimed, which you didn't say any system even when I asked. This time there was a "7 day" policy for "store credit" which of this item doesn't work then what else wouldn't work. I stated I wanted my money back because the receipt and original location did not state a return policy and also the item did not work. At this time he started to get upset as I was too. Yes I used some choice words but it was my freedom of speech. I also clearly told customers walking in to watch their purchases as this what can happen. They called security. I also confirmed and stated everything that happened and the security guard (Cam) agreed with me and not the shop owner and his (girlfriend as she called Issac babe several times). I do not recommend this store. My first instict about the store should have warned me as the place is dirty, cluttered and an odor. Clearly they like to change their policies on the fly bevause the first cashier called down to the location I had to go to for the return. The "return policy" sign was just a sheet of paper inside a plastic sleeve. They probably put it out when they know they can screw someone over. I will stick to Game Stop and Video Games etc for any future purchaes for anything gaming or...

I shop at a lot of video games stores and most of them have nice things and if they are damaged they won’t take them. But these guys at turtle powers games seem like they take everything damaged or not there are Funko pop boxes that are damaged and they try to sell them 5 dollars under what they are worth mint and I had the owner tell me he can only do 12 percent off so it doesn’t cut in his profits well if you have damaged items they aren’t worth the online value I also asked if a loose Funko pop was for sale and he said it was missing the box and the items so he’d have to see what it was going for online obviously this guy doesn’t understand that missing parts and damaged boxes greatly affect the price and when I asked if he’d sell something on the counter behind him the OWNER took my money for what I bought and moved on to the next customer when I asked if something else was for sale and he said he had to look it up online first that’s completely...

If I could give this place a lower rating I would I went in there yesterday. Bought a game cube got told there was a seven day return policy decided 30 minutes later I didn’t want it. Want to return it wanted to get a switch instead he wouldn’t refund my money. He sold me a switch with no power cord didn’t give me a discount on it and it had a busted right joy, con and then when I tried to ask him again about having my money back and just going over to video games etc. to buy one I knew would be in good condition he seem like he was going to have a heart attack because he was stressing out the guys a thief a liar he doesn’t know his stuff.
