I went in at 8pm on 02/28/24 there were three employees helping me and my fiance one was a tall man with blonde hair the other a red head girl and the lady that checked us out was a shorter lady with brown hair and she was older. The man and red head girl were very kind and helpful as well as respectful. The other older lady with brown hair gave HORRIBLE service she was absolutely rude and had no customer service skills when my fiance tried to scan our rewards she snapped at her telling her it wasn’t ready and when I asked for vinaigrette the sweet red head girl asked if she knew and her response was “idk why you are looking at me” then proceeds to go and grab the vinaigrette. To me that seems unnecessarily rude and like a very intense not only dining environment but also work environment. I hope that management will address this woman because I’ve gone in there and interacted with the red head girl multiple times and every time she gives great customer service and I hate to see a great worker be snapped at and treated poorly. When we first walked in and were about to order she also is screaming to the blonde head man “online order first online order first” which I can understand but again I don’t understand being unnecessarily rude and yelling at your co-workers. We did plan to eat our dinner in the restaurant but we were both so frustrated with the experience we decided to leave even forgot to ask for drinks. If I see the brown haired lady again when trying to eat here I will turn around and leave. HORRIBLE...

In fact the reason I went there in the first place was because I was told how good their food was and me and another person were editing video at our church. I went ahead and placed my friends order for her and then I went ahead and placed my order using their online app. For some reason their app would not accept my credit card after I put in the wrong CVC number on the first try. I was notified I would have to pay in the store which was no big deal.
When I arrived at the store located at Lindale Mall I was told that I could not pay for my meal in store and that they were only accepting online orders at the time. I explained how their application messed up and would not let me process another payment online because I entered the wrong CVC number. I explained that I was there getting food for people at our church that were video editing with me and that I simply did not have the time to go anywhere else to pick up food. The manager did not seem to give a s* at all and told me that there was no way she was going to take my order unless it was done online and gave me nothing but a bad attitude about the entire situation. I told her that I was going to write a review which I'm doing now and that I will never ever use Chipotle at lindale Mall as long as I live because of her inconsiderate behavior and her very condescending and immature response.
I will always advise people never to go to that chipotle again until they change their policies or they change...

While I was eating I found a piece of hair in my food. I went back to the store and showed it to the store manager and was given an option to either refund or have it remade. I opted for a refund.
I get that some customers can be annoying and are looking to get free food, but you should not assume every customer is like that and take responsibility for a mistake that happened at your establishment where people pay money for food.
To the lady who did the refund for me: If you think I drove all the way back to chipotle for a “free meal,” after taking a 4:00am flight to travel to Iowa for work, where my meals are per diem anyway: You must be out of your mind.
While standing at the register waiting for my refund you kept mentioning that there was no one that works there with white hair. I have long black hair. I really hope you are not assuming that I yanked some white hair off of someone or rubbed their face in my food just to come and get a refund for a meal that does not cost me anything out of pocket.
I would have been completely fine just showing you the hair so you are aware of the situation and leaving without a refund. Your poor customer service is what led to our negative...
