Service: Went out to eat with my mother who was visiting from out of town. Seating was quick due to it not being very busy. Ordered the Admiral Feast with a house salad. Salad arrive and was fine. About 5 minutes into eating our salad our main entree arrived not allowing time to eat the salad. Server asked if she wanted us to take it back. In fear of our dinner sitting under a heat lamp we said to just leave it. Once the main entree arrive, I wasn't half way though and was being asked about desert. Explained i would like to eat my dinner first. Still not done eating the entree the server brought a box suggesting I looked like i was finishing up, which I was not, I was still eating. Once done eating, I wasn't asked about desert but that was ok, I didn't really want it.
Main Entree: When the entree arrived it was missing the cocktail sauce for the breaded shrimp. Also, I did not receive crackers for the crab. The shrimp scampi was sub par. Part of them were under done. The crab legs were cooked but clearly had been sitting in the pot for to long as the shells were soggy. Lobster was OK but nothing that was exciting.
Conclusion: For a $30 plate this was disappointing. The food wasn't average. The best part of the meal was the salad and the lobster. While the server was nice and pleasant, she also appeared pushy and eager to turn over the table. It had been a long time since I had been to Red Lobster and i doubt i will be going back...
Read moreYour service is absolute dogwater. I have never been so insulted. I would rather drink soggy cereal then go through what I did last night. My story begins when I went to the website and was put on the waiting list. I was told that the wait would be a half hour and then I would receive a call to come in. After waiting 45 minutes in the parking lot I got nervous and called and asked if my table was ready. Probably just a busy night I thought to myself as I chatted with my hungry family. WRONG. The milk toast manager picked up and told me I wasn't on the list and it would be an hour wait and should go somewhere else. I responded with I have been waiting 45 min and I've received an email from Red Lobster saying that I was suppose to wait 30 min. Then the manager responded with "no you have to wait an hour" I said "I pretty much already have. I was on the waiting list waiting for a table" and he said "you should have made a reservation" and I said that "I already PUT MY NAME IN 45 MINUTES AGO" then he told me how that the website is wrong and my email was wrong and that I should have called. Your telling me that a major chains website is wrong? As if there arnt 1000s of these places around the country and that the higher ups wouldn't dubble check. Ya ok. I highly recommend Eddisons. It's way better than this dumpster fire. I went there when the fiasco at Red...
Read moreWe went early Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was very stuffy. I requested if they could turn down the air, they seated us in a section by ourselves and adjusted the temperature. A few minutes later another couple was seated by us and complained about the fans blowing so a different manager told them she would turn the fans down or off. Our waitress was taking our order at the time and asked if the manager had told the new couple she would turn up the air and I said(the look on my face was why our waitress asked since the manager was very quiet and respectful to the new couples concern) yes, our waitress then left to speak with the manager and explained that I was not happy about the temp and the humidity, so the manager came over and asked us if it would be ok to move us to a different location which had multiple fans blowing and was much better for temp and humidity, easier to breathe. We were very pleased with the new seats and as usual service was AWESOME. But when we went to pay for our meal the manager gave us a discount for asking us to move which was not necessary but was greatly...
