Hi, I am writing in regards to 2 separate incidents I’ve had at this AT&T location :
1350 plaza plaza suite A in Central Point
I went in a couple months ago to try to switch my iPhone 16 to my old iPhone SE so I can return my iPhone 16. The guy basically refused to help me and told me it would be $25. He kept going back-and-forth on whether he could do it or not. He made it sound like it was climbing Mount Everest, and that it was very hard to do. So I left upset as I was told that I couldn’t be helped.
Then I went in again on Monday the 9th to switch my iPhone 16 to a different iPhone 16 but the phone was saying the # couldn’t be swapped and that I need to go down to AT&T, so I went back and it was the same guy…James. My mother was w\ me and he told me that there was no way he could switch it back as he didn’t have the eSIM available. I asked him if he could call on speakerphone to Delta Waters AT&T worker to see if they have them.
So he did, They ( Delta Waters) informed us on speakerphone that he could easily do it without needing a eSIM. And that if he’s trying to charge us, he’s trying to swindle us out of money. (Then James got real real defensive. He reacted quickly like he got caught doing something wrong.)
So I asked him if he could help me do that very thing and he just stared at me for it felt like 30 Seconds . Then he said he just didn’t know how to do it and it would take too long then stared back at me with this smug look.
He didn’t even bother to ask for my information or pull it up. He had no intent to help me bc he wasn’t gonna make a commission off me. When I went to Delta Waters, they said that they have so many complaints about this James guy refusing to help people.
I live a block away from this location and now I have to have my friend drive me to Delta Waters because some guy doesn’t want to do his job? I’ve went there for 7 years and never had this problem ever. All the other employees are so nice and helpful.

   Read moreNever using this authorized retail store or the one in South Medford that 'manages' it again. We upgraded one of our lines from the s22 to the s23 in early September, and were instructed that after we wiped the old phone to drop it off at our nearest store. 2nd week of September I took it in, waited while the employee pulled up our account and did whatever he needed to do for the return, and left after he told me it was all taken care of. We now have a $261 charge on our bill for a non-returned phone. The employee says they have no idea if it was ever returned because they don't have a manager in that store. The day before yesterday the Medford manager came by to return a 'pile of phones' that was in the safe (I highly doubt any of them are phones that have been sitting there since September). At&t customer service told us that there's nothing they can do and this store isn't being ran properly, but that the $261 fee is between us and them. If that 'pile of phones' didn't include ours we'll be considering...
   Read moreI recently visited the AT&T store in Central Point, and while the location is currently undergoing a remodel, I have to give credit where it’s due Kevin R made the entire experience a positive one.
Despite the construction and temporary setup, Kevin was welcoming from the moment I walked in. He greeted me with a smile, was patient, and took the time to make sure I was taken care of. He didn’t let the disarray of the remodel get in the way of delivering excellent service. In fact, his professionalism and positive attitude made me forget the store was even under construction.
Kevin went above and beyond to answer my questions and made sure I understood all my options. It’s clear he cares about the customer experience, even during a time when the store environment might not be ideal.
If this level of service is what I can expect during a remodel, I’m looking forward to coming back once everything is complete. Big thanks to Kevin R for making my visit a...
