I'm a very picky person,I don't like going into a fast food where there are 6 employees and the counter where the food is prepared is a mess dirty and if that's not bad enough I seen one of them that helped wipe her nose with her hand and continued to prepare the food the guy at the counter said may I help you I said well I request the counter be wiped down before you fix my food and that girl better not go any where near my food when he asked why I told him he was very cocky and said mam were to busy to wipe the counter down I said well there are Others just standing around with doing nothing and there is one in the drive threw so your not that busy. Insane experience at 2 AM

I went to Taco Bell at 2 AM to get some food. I ordered a meal without a drink and paid an extra 50 cents for a cup separately. When I started filling it with Sprite, a crazy manager suddenly attacked me. She was filthy, reaching out her hands toward me, snatched the cup from my hands, and accused me of stealing Sprite. Then she started threatening to call the police.

She kept yelling and pressuring me in the middle of the night until I finally left. But it didn’t stop there—she ran outside and started taking pictures of my truck’s license plate.

I strongly urge Taco Bell to raise wages by a couple of dollars and hire people who don’t have mental health issues. And the manager who was working that night should be replaced. If this continues, you’ll lose all...

Super slow they only care for drive through i waited 40 minutes my order was not ready.i am trucker and we can’t stay 1 hour for food this taco bell is in truckstop they should have priority for truck drivers birthday on the people who work here they are so rude and they even don’t refund your money so what I did I left and given my slip to other person so he can have my food I am staying hungry now really really bad service they only care for drive-through order shame on this kind of place like i paid for food and didn’t even get that when i asked for refund.
