Central Point Liquor Store — Local services in Central Point

I wish I knew the name of the clerk who was so rude the day I went in because due to this employee, I will never step foot in this establishment again. The fact that she would accuse me of being in the store with my 14 year old daughter to buy her alcohol!!!??? I tried to explain the situation and conversation I had just had with my daughter but was repeatedly cut off. It was a simple misunderstanding that I was trying to clarify, regardless of not being able to move forward in my purchase for my own consumption, I felt compelled to at least let her know I understood and explain what had transpired. I understand policies are put in place and I do not disagree with it at all. However, the disrespectful way this clerk dealt with the situation was uncalled for and I will never step foot in this business again and will advise anyone I know to not shop...

This place has the unique ability to make you feel like a trouble maker even if it is your first time in there. They staff is rude. I understand needing to see ID - in fact, I always have it out and ready when purchasing alcohol. The staff doesn't ask for it - they just make a grabbing motion with their hand. Or they will treat you as if you are using a fake ID. They need to learn how a normal store's cashiers do their job ("Can I see your ID?") because the way this place does it they just come off as rude. I never go to this store unless I have forgotten to get something at another store. The customer service is terrible and the employees are so rude. I'm new to the area I've lived in many states this store is by far worst place to go I would never recommend it to anybody the customer service is the worst I've ever seen you can't wear no sunglasses no hats or hoodies I went there with my nephew and was ask who was in my car I had shorts and a tank top on and was told I can't wear that in there I had shades on my head she ask me if I could read I said excuse me she showed me a sign that said no shades no whatever then I was carded then she said I couldn't use my card cuz it didn't have my name on it lol wow place sucks by far worst place on earth I walked out and said duck you I was profiled before I even walked in door...
