Then came back the following week and went ahead talk to him again, the whole time Paul was on topof things. He was polite, really nice and patient very helpful and answered all my questions. On his lunch break he still checked on me while i was waiting for my phone data to move to the new phone. I was worried that spectrum will inspect my trade in phone and give a lower value but he reassured me, and thinks the value should not be lower. Arriving 30 minutes in advance of my reservation, there wasn't another customer in the building, and I was promptly helped by a young man with exceptional customer service. Dropping off the piece of equipment, the employee quickly recorded the transaction & handed me a receipt. Thankfully done in minutes, I quickly perused the latest phones & I was soon on my way. Read moreHorrific experience. They don't stock phones, and basically just order online for you, which you could have done yourself. If you need to return an item bought from Spectrum to their store, they won't do the return; you need to call their main number and wait 20 mins for a "representative". They say they cannot accept returns but are sure happy to take your money to order online.
They don't even have a phone number, and the salespeople were rude as hell - "For the THIRD time, we can't accept returns here".
I am so sorry I moved from Verizon, and am definitely going back to them....
