i don’t like writing bad reviews but this time I have to. This past Friday my 1100 dollar refrigerator stopped working out of nowhere that I purchased this past late November about 5 months ago which we got in payments because my husband and I wanted to start his credit so he called the store and talked to a lady in the warranty department she said they couldn’t get nobody to check our refrigerator till Tuesday. we asked if they have a loner fridge we can get because do to the virus we have food to last us a week or two she said no she didn’t not try to help us in any other way she said we just have to wait . try calling the store talk to a manager and it didn’t help I know and understand it would be hard because of the holiday but I’m pretty sure they could have offered a loner fridge while we got ours fix or replace so our food would go bad that’s why we paid for the extra insurance . Read moreI am very disappointed with the service i have recieved from this company. I purchased a fridge with the warranty or insurance. It broke down just as the heat wave hit. I called to have it serviced. The service department was awful rude and condescending. Not only went back and forth that my parts were to be ordered and would take up to 10 business days so i literally have to be with no fridge for 2 and a half weeks. I attempted to ask if it could be rushed or expedited i just got offered a mini fridge as a loaner. Yeah right with 3 kids!! Your kidding me right!! This is unacceptable. Why pay for insurance if it doesn't even mean anything but more headache and reason for them to avoid your calls. AVOID ALL ALL COSTS... THEY HAVE PERMINATELY LOST...
Read moreJust realized our new sectional had a slit in it when they delivered it. Called store...and was told that they could not replace it because we went over the 5 day store policy. They consider this a "warranty" issue not a manufacturers defect. Since when do sofas tear within two weeks? I am totally disappointed! I learned my lesson, however. I will invest money in a store that stands behind their merchandise from here on out. For now, I guess I will have to reschedule a service and be without a sofa for however long it takes them to sew it.
