Dirty. We got the double queen studio with a sofa bed. White mystery stains all over the couch, should have never been approved for guests. Asked for blankets to cover it since it’s late & we have a sleeping toddler in the room so changing rooms wasn’t an option & they are booked anyways. They said they’d bring new cushions in 5 minutes. 30 mins later she brings new cushions that are also gross and dirty but looks like she tried to wipe them. No smell of cleaner in sight and stains still present so must have wiped it with water. Said forget the couch & laid in bed while plastic shavings from the headboard fall off & sprinkle in your hair. Really not up to par. Not as pictured. Security in the parking lot is attentive and will approach you if you’re standing at your car too long….which is nice….I guess??? Attached are photos of the initial dirty couch, the wet couch cushions that were brought to replace that are still clearly dirty, and the headboards that are peeling plastic that’s in the bed and sprinkles in your hair (: would stay elsewhere. Unsure how there’s so many good reviews. The repetitive dirty cushions makes me feel they lack in the cleanliness area. Also hard food/drink mashed into the floor by the fridge. Lots of dirty quirks once we started looking around after the initial problem but this review is already long enough. Photos speak for themselves.

Location was good in that it wasn't downtown, but downtown is only a 6 minute drive or rideshare away. The pool was heated and the area was steamy as soon as you walked in. Pool ranged from 3'6" to 4'9". There was no clock in the pool area so you had no idea how long you were down there unless you took your phone or had a watch, and there was loud music playing to make it fun. The bathroom was split, and the mirror in the toilet one was useless since it was on each wall in the corner and you couldn't look directly into it. But the shower sink had all the counter space and an anti fogging mirror which was great. There were weird, dirty jets in the shower that I didn't understand but you didn't have to use them. Parking was $10 according to a sign on the check-in desk, but they don't verbally say it and just hand you a pass for your car and charge a higher hold on your card. Breakfast had different options to mix into oatmeal like pumpkin seeds, but the rest was standard. They said it would go until 930 but there was a large tour group and it was open later. They also said the bar was open 5 to 530, which seemed like a narrow window but I guess it works for them.

We came here to stay after our Mother's Day zoo trip and I have to say that it was one of our best hotel experiences. The only thing I would change is being able to stay longer!! From start to finish it was a great experience with this hotel and ALL of the staff. Checking in was super quick, the room was super comfortable and had plenty of room-for our group of 3 adults, 6yr old, 3yr old, and 4 month old. Beds verified to be jump worthy, lol! The pool is open til 11 p.m- which was awesome!! Most places only have theirs open til 8 or 10, so a lot if times hotel goers don't get to make use of it. Plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. They brought a play pen to the room for our use, at no extra charge and without any eye rolling. We woke to a super great breakfast buffet in their dining area. Enjoyed the pool again before leaving, as their checkout time is 12 noon, yet again another plus compared to a lot of other hotel checkout times, which is usually 10 a.m. We will definitely be back and be using Marriot Bonvoy hotels in the future.

Check in was pleasant at the front desk staff. When we walked into the room the window curtain was off its hinges and did not fully close but the room seemed clean. The lighting in the room was very dark and the layout was also very odd. We went to dinner and arrived back at the hotel around 9:30. We noticed wet towels at the ice center area down a few rooms down the hall and boxes of food sitting outside the room next to us upon return. There was also a smell of something burnt like pizza but it was a burnt smell odor on the floor. Then we kept hearing the door open and close next to us for the next 15-30 minutes. I opened my door to see what was going on. When I opened the door the people across the way had their door opened with what looked to be a room full of children sitting on the couch in the room. I put the do not disturb sign on our door and mentioned to them how loud the noises were. We called down to the front desk and let the them know what was happening with the doors opening and closing and was told it would be addressed. Well the door opening and closes and other loud noises continued on until 1:30 am.

In he morning I went to grab a coffee and wanted to get a banana or apple but the fruit looked spoiled and the bananas were brown. It was bad.

It was the worst night stay at a Marriott property I have ever stayed. I have been a Bonvey member for over a decade and have stayed at property all over the country. I would not recommend...

Nestled amidst the picturesque landscapes, SpringHill Suites emerges as a beacon of comfort and luxury. My recent stay at this charming establishment left an indelible impression, primarily due to its breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and impeccable cleanliness.

First and foremost, the panoramic vistas offered by SpringHill Suites are nothing short of mesmerizing. From the moment you step into your room, you're greeted with a stunning visual treat – be it the majestic mountains or the tranquil waters stretching as far as the eye can see. Each window seems like a frame from a postcard, inviting you to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature.

Moreover, the staff at SpringHill Suites embodies the epitome of friendliness and professionalism. From the courteous receptionists to the diligent housekeeping staff, every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and attentiveness. They were always eager to assist with any inquiries or requests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout my stay.

The hallmark of any accommodation is its cleanliness, and SpringHill Suites exceeds expectations in this regard. Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by its pristine condition – not a speck of dust or out-of-place item in sight. The attention to detail in housekeeping is commendable, with linens and surfaces impeccably maintained, fostering an environment of relaxation and...
