High St. — Local services in Cincinnati

I’d been wanting to go for a long time and wasn’t sure the reality could meet my expectations. Frankly, I’m not a shopper, I don’t like crowds. And, generally, I don’t enjoy looking at shelves and shelves of the same old, faux everything. I can spend hours wandering shops in Europe but find 10minutes in a commercial home store torture.

We loved this place. Loved. We were there for a couple of hours and don’t think we saw 1/2 there was to see. The space is so big and laid out in way that encourages you to wander. The word that kept coming to mind was fun. They had everything from gorgeous furniture (we need a new sofa!) to beautiful gift wrap. I put together a Frieda Kahlo birthday gift bag for a friend that included socks, a cross stitch project, a coffee table book. I bought another friend a beautiful cape. And I really needed a massively bedazzled tisse box. (It’s art!) is this store eclectic? Yeah, you could say that!

We were there early so I had coffee but the wine and snacks looked yummy. The staff was really helpful and kind but not at all intrusive. Can’t wait to go back and dig...

We had the BEST experience at High St.! After debating on getting a new couch we decided to stop in on a whim. Not only was there a great selection of furniture, but the staff were so helpful. My husband and I didn’t think we would find anything in our budget, but we were surprised to find many wonderful options! After looking at High St. we went to other furniture stores in the area, only to keep thinking of the selection and staff at High St.. We called Neil and he was able to walk us through the entire transaction over the phone, answered all our questions, and even helped load our beautiful new couch into the truck. We were so happy to work with Neil! He was so friendly, helpful, and overall just did an awesome job! We will 100% be shopping at High St. in the future and be asking Neil for all his suggestions. Can not recommend them more for their selection, high quality options, pricing, and wonderful customer service! (And not to mention our puppy Milkshake...

I have been passing High Street when I come down to hangout, go to dinner, shop on vine or just bar/brewery hopping for years. I was not disappointed with my first experience there! Beautiful furniture 😍, comfy couches and every decor accessory needed to furnish your home on the second floor. The first floor was a wonderland of little essentials to make your home or office personally yours. Things to outfit your bar or your personal library, wall hangings, cute clothes to add to your wardrobe for that unique touch along with jewelry for day to day or that special occasion! Helpful knowledge staff if that's what you need but not overwhelming or invasive! I'm definitely adding this to my list to return to...
