TACO BOUT CRAB — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Unfortunately for me, I was lied to by the cashier, a woman. I wanted to order the seafood ramen, but was told ot couldnt be made because they were out of crab, so i settled for the barria tacos. They were ok. But the weirdest part, is after a took my order the lady said they were backed up and couldn’t take anymore orders. I step outside the restaurant, and a person that came there with me in the same car, was able to place an order with a man( a different cashier) for the seafood ramen with no issues. No story of the item being unavailable or anything. Mind you he also heard the lady say i couldnt order it. Idk if she was like trying to save some ingredients for her self or for someone else. The food is good but they have an employee who is on FB live while servicing customers, she itches her head, face and all without gloves or hair nets and reaching over customers orders, no one is wearing gloves or hair nets in the kitchen and she shows it all on live, not a good look for a restaurant at all, get it together and get her off live or it will mess up your biz, you're getting a lot of support from us don't let someone going live cause you to...

This is the second time I've ordered from this place on Doordash. The first time, they canceled it an hour after confirming. This time, they left my order open and I went through 4 dashers before I found out it was closed, after once again confirming my order. I heard great things about the Middletown location.
