I'm currently pregnant, and my main craving is a smoothie. So, the last three times I've come in, I've been disappointed. The first time, I wrote a horrible review while waiting for my smoothie to be done. I deleted it and just hoped the girl was having a bad day or something (I get it).
My first time in I wasn't acknowledged for quite some time and I almost walked out (they prob wouldn't have noticed or cared). I went at night but not late. The girl by the machines she seemed like she was wanting the girls, that were dancing and laughing in the back, to help me. She didn't say a word to let them know I was there or anything. Then when they were done dancing they said "OH have you been helped".. no I haven't even been acknowledged. I ordered and got my drinks and I'm pretty sure the stickers were on the wrong drinks... my husband and I switched.. fine.
For the second time, I went in and ordered my usual drink, and again, it tasted funny. My husband and I were like, "Okay, let's switch. MAYBE it's us just ordering wrong." I said, "I'll go back in and reorder what I want." I went in, told the girl something was off, and she made me what I wanted. I was greeted, and all was fine. This is the nicest an employee has been to me here!
3rd time... My husband went for us and ordered what I now thought was our correct drink ^^ and BOOM it did not taste the same. I have NO CLUE what my order is anymore lol. I have been coming here for YEARS (not this location). I have ALWAYS gotten the same thing but at this location, my drink is always inconsistent. I tried Planet Smoothie and will just be going there as my cravings are about 2 smoothies a week now.
We are so confused and just over it by now. I would have a day and just test all employees on their knowledge or smoothies or something. I don't even know but I won't be back.. the smoothies cost too much to be doing all this and now I have a wasted nasty smoothie just chilling here.

Read moreOh my Goodness. Watch out smoothie king and planet smoothie. This is different. Not the same as the other smoothie places. I ordered a watermelon smoothie from smoothie king one day. And it tasted like liquified watermelon sour candy and was white in color. I could not finish it. 4 days later I find this place. First I tried the Kiwi quencher and OMG what a difference. PERFECT! After I ordered that I noticed they have a new watermelon smoothie and the color is red. So next time. Lol The NEXT day I came back and ordered the new watermelon smoothie. Yup! Finally. A smoothie with REAL WATERMELON. NO SEEDS. Oh it was so good. It looked and smelled and yes it tasted like real watermelon.
My only complaint is the that there are not enough locations. Sorry guys. But if all the smoothie spots were side by side. The flavor and customer service and decor would bring me to Tropical smoothie Cafe Everytime. The energy in the store is busy and lively.

Read moreThe managers both told me I should not come in to order at the clermont store and should go somewhere else with my food/drink orders since they were too complicated for them to accurately make the order. Just basic add INS and they can't get it correct. Even worse than the food was the attitude that both the male And female manager have at that store. Refusing to remake shakes and hesitating to offer a refund. Will ABSOLUTELY NEVER BE COMING TO THIS TROPICAL SMOOTHIE POSSIBLY NONE EVER AGAIN. IM A LOYAL MEMBER AND FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TO BE AS POOR AS IT WAS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
