Booked at Airriva via VRBO. Paid $713 for 5 nights. They sent the check in information. The car parking was not accessible and it's in an area where parking is costly and hard to find. After receiving check in they wanted you to load your ID and credit card on there special web page. This is not per VRBO standards and rules. However on check-in the place was nice smelled very musty in tge lower area. The unit had clearly not been cleaned by aprofessional. Toothpaste stains were on the sink, the shower was not cleaned. The oven was awfully dirty. Lights hadn't been replaced. We were still willing to stay. Left for days activities. After they collected an additional security deposit on their loprivate sight which VBRO told me was against their policies Airriva changed the lock code and we couldn't access the place the morning after breakfast. I called and after a 15 minute wait got a hold of a person who promised to send someone ever. An hour later no one had been sent and I called back and got a busy signal.my husbandand I were supposed to be working in the mornings. We both have careers in aerospace. I digress, Airriva had blocked my phone number and was not getting any customer service. I was unable to reach the customer service number to call back. I used my husband's phone called again. They said some excuse but nothing was being done. I finally called VRBO and Airriva couldn't dismiss my claim and agreed to refund my money and cancel the room. At this point I had to find another place same day. Thankfully AirBNB came through. I had to miss a day of work and two very importatant meetings snd my husband missed his meetings as well. AIRRIVA has awful customer service and will block their customers when they have a valid issue. If it wasn't for VRBO stepping in too help I Airrova would have gotten away with ikeeping the money, blocking my number from customer service to avoid helping solve the issue, and denying me access to the room for the remaining 4 days with no ...

Pros: The location is good. The decor is …modern. The washer and dryer was amazing.
Now the cons… there were a lot of cons for a $250 deposit. The surrounding area is not that great.. as a Cleveland native, it is not really the location or essence of “downtown” as you would expect, travelers please be aware now. The rooms were cold as HELL. We had to leave the oven open to receive some type of heat and even still, it was freezing. Not a smart decision seeing as this is Cleveland. No carpet whatsoever in the unit. The couch was very uncomfortable, you’ll wake up with back pains from sleeping on it. The tv was very small, does not work well with the internet. Speaking of internet, the WIFI SUCKS. I couldn’t even work from home due to the WIFI not working whatsoever. There’s plenty of locked WIFIS, but the one for guests has to be the worst. The shower sucked, water gets everywhere.. and it soaks the rugs, which never seem to dry. So you’re stuck with soaking wet rugs. They did not give me enough towels, washcloths, OR silverware to supply my 5-day stay, i had to eventually go and buy my own. And the parking is pretty far — especially in the cold months (which are often here, ha..)
In conclusion… this should be considered a quick fix in terms of stay — something quick, something fast, and be prepared. You’ll have a good location for a good price… but you will not feel accommodated or...
Read moreDo not book this place and report them to the BBB. I booked this stay on Feb 7, 2025 for a weekend stay in Cleveland, but immediately regret it. After booking the stay, I attempted to call and speak with someone to confirm my stay as I noticed it is not actually a hotel, but a third-party provider similar to Airbnb. They did not answer any of my calls, but immediately texted me to confirm. I continued conversing through text, but wanted to speak to a live agent to make sure that this was legit. Only when discussing the deposit of $250 (which had to be paid through a non-secure payment link) did they begin answering the phone. I then went to the reviews to see that this place is known for doing this and is genuinely not a good stay. I then cancelled my reservations and requested a full refund, to which I was confirmed to receive one via text. After confirming with my bank, I assumed all was well until a month later, the refund was reversed by my bank and given the explanation that “services were rendered”, despite me never even checking in and canceling my reservation directly via text with one of their representatives. In summation, it required me calling them directly and placing them on 3-way with Expedia representatives to get my refund when both my bank and Expedia expressly conveyed that 2125 Superior Living was actively denying my refund. All in all, this place is a scam and you can see from other reviews that is the truth. DO NOT BOOK...
