It took One year and seven months from the moment, we paid a deposit to them until the sign was actually installed. They came to our office and made a bunch of holes in the walls, and did not have a permit for it, so we were evicted out of our office. Six months later, they finally showed up at our new office, and installed the sign on the wall. They produced it in a wrong color. The sign had scratches and dents all around it, and stickers with some type of specification glued to each letter of the sign in the most visible places, and we were told that we cannot remove it. we paid them $13,000 plus for it. we are located in Chicago land, and this company is from Cleveland, Ohio. They insured us that they don’t use subcontractors and will do a good job no matter the distance, and guess what, one Polish guy showed up for installation, and gave me his business card and a small peach on how great of a company they are, so if we need something like this to be done in the future future, I can go straight to them instead of going through Blink Signs. I asked over 1000 of times for their certificate of liability, insurance and workers compensation, and no one out of provided it to me . Communication was horrible, I have over 80 emails that I’ll be glad to share with whoever may want to see it, out of which more than 70 were left on responded . I’ve been waiting for over two months for them to get back to me. I have recordings of all calls and multiple thousands of voicemails I left to them. I’m not exaggerating at all, not a single update. I got from them actually happened, and those two times they showed up at our office, it was unannounced. Right after they installed the sign, we had to hire a licensed electrician to redo the wires, since the light went off and on in that room where the sign is . The electrician said that he was amazed how that junction box didn’t set on fire. Brrittani with Blinksigns was the only person who actually did her job. Guess what, she’s from the account receivable department/Collection, was following up on the final payment. Sometimes I wish I had more time, since I would love to file official complaint with the attorney, general, or any other agency there is. I’ve been to their office, and it looks great, but please don’t buy it, this is the worst experience you will have, do not hire this company . I hope, I’ll be able to free up sometime during the winter, when our business is slow, so I can actually file those complaints later on this year, or certainly before statues of...

Worked with BlinkSigns to install a new sign at our church. The process in getting that sign had a few hiccups but nothing out of the ordinary. We got the sign up and installed and we were satisfy with the end result. Fast forward to about a year later and our church bought a new building which required getting our sign taken down at your old faculty and installed at your new location. Getting the sign taken down had no issues. But getting the sign up at our new location was a struggle and longer process to get to the end product. Our sales rep at the time felt like he dragged his feet and was did not really communicate with me on timeline of the whole process of things. Later find out the sales rep was no longer on our job and he quit and we were assigned a new rep who was wonderful working with and she informed us through the rest of the process and got us to the finish line in getting the sign installed at our...
