The rooms were clean but that’s where the positives end. There isn’t anyone at the front desk in the evenings and you have to check in via a kiosk which just set the tone of how cheap the people who own this place are. The doors to the hotel itself aren’t locked after hours so anyone could come and go. There were people hanging around that clearly weren’t staying there. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel but the first room I was put in wreaked like and ash tray and the next smelled of weed. The third room was finally ok. During the day people were there but they were just hanging around like it was there house. We left a day early because we I comfortable with the lack of oversight at night. When we were struggling to get out luggage down the stairs, the two men who appeared to be associated with the hotel, just sat and watched us. Neither even bothered to help open the back to back entry/exit doors. Customer service is awful here, no plans to stay...
Read moreHow do I share pictures? I Checked in at 9pm and left at 11pm. Not happy with the hair in the bed,on a pillow and all over the floors! Lady at desk super nice. Who ever cleaned 211 did an awful job. I went to shower saw all the hair. Said f it I'll crash. Nope, more hair. I flipped the fitted sheet but the padding under that was kinda gross so I put my jacket on my pillow so my face would not touch the pillow case and kept my clothes on. Before I left I stripped the intire bed since it obviously did NOT have clean sheets to start. Pretty sure it's dog hair. 1 pilow looked I dont even know how to explain. Again I took pictures. After laying there for 45 minutes I mentally couldn't get comfortable to sleep. So I left and drove home. For 80 dollars I should have A clean room to sleep in. I'd like my money back or invited back for free to A clean room with NO DOG HAIR! NO LONG DARK HAIRS EITHER. Mines Grey so it was not mine. I...
Read moreThe entire place smells like urine. The entrance, the hallways everywhere the smell is overwhelming.
The worst night sleep ever created by uncomfortable and noisy beds ( woke up crying in back pain). bathroom door won’t shut all the way. Bathroom vent fan partially broken so makes squeezing noise. So this meant that anytime anyone went to bathroom it woke everyone up. (Loud noise with no shutting door)
Guests hanging out in hallways blocking exits. Feels dangerous to step out into hallway.
Thin walls make it so you can hear your neighbors sleeping.
The sad part is my dad was a truck driver and liked red roof inns. A lot must have changed in 10 years...
