Taylors Hometown Hardware Inc. — Local services in Cloverdale

Spent 50-100 dollars every time we went there and were happy to be supporting a local small business instead of the Menards conglomerate. Prices were high, but convenience was good. However, we will not be going back. The owner is petty and punitive--they dont care to smear other people's names through the mud to make a point. They will be losing a handful of faithful customers over some dollar flashlights. I'll be driving to Menards because some things are worth more than convenience. I'd say this in person if I felt like I could do it without raising my temper, but I figured why be discreet and settle things amongst ourselves when they couldn't be bothered to extend that same courtesy to other small business owners in the...

We just had an accident with our trailer and these guys went above and beyond our expectations. From helping carry supplies to lending a hand in fixing our trailer even while it was raining. A special thank you to the manager and their team. We are relatively new to the area. We stopped by and it is a very friendly store.. A country type atmosphere. We try to by local when we can and will be back again and again.
