I booked this hotel thru Priceline. We were traveling to AR for my mother’s funeral. They have a policy if you book thru 3rd party no refunds. Although, I respect policy’s it wasn’t like I planned on staying here and needed to cancel. While traveling thru IN is where I was booking my AR hotel. But I got kicked off the page and it auto corrected to a current location. Which was IN. When we got to AR they didn’t have my reservation which is where we found out it was in IN. I called the hotel immediately. They said We had to call Priceline. Priceline said it was up to the hotel as to rather they’d be willing to refund. Priceline tried and they hotel denied. I tried directly and they denied me again. I thought the first night of me paying for a hotel I’m not using would be fair but all three nights? I feel like they could have worked with me on this. If their hotel was booked and they’d be missing out on other paying customers I also would understand! Even with those policies I know they could have decided to refund! I feel like they must not like third parties such as Priceline helping them get business and I get punished for it! So although I would recommend if you want to stay at this hotel do it thru them directly! However, since they were unwilling to help out or meet me 1/2 way with this mistake that happened I don’t feel like they truly care about their guests or a family in the middle of a death who is already dealing with a lot! And when I was out of reasoning with the manager I pulled the card of leaving a unpleasant review she told me I was threatening her because of my mistake! I just thought people should know before they book their policies they hold true to and are unwilling to budge even though it is quite possible if...

Thanks for making a bad situation better. ... the gentleman at desk when we arrived was the best, very polite, informative, and helpful, he needs a promotion, serious, BUT THE INDIVIDUAL CHECKING OUT WAS EVIDENTLY WAS HAVING SOCIAL ISSUES AS SHE MADE OUR EXPERIENCE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE,
IM PROFESSIONAL IN MY BUSINESS AND TRY TO GIVE EVERYONE A CHANCE, BUT THIS LADY PUSHED MY BUTTONS AS I WAS CHECKING OUT AND SINCE I BROUGHT MY 150 LB NEAPOLITAN MASTIFF TO STAY THE NIGHT, THAT I PAID AN EXTRA 10.00 TO STAY ,THIS MORON DECIDED TO INFORM ME THAT MY DOG LEFT HAIR ON SHEET AND ADDED that there was blood as. Well ,,,,well yes I paid 10.00 extra ,guy at desk offered two beds so everyone was comfy ,My dog is very well cared for and I was at least courteous enough to pull blankets off and lay her blanket down ,but little miss can't be wrong wanted to add that I may be charged 100.00 for damage, really if you are having a fit over the sheet ,I'm sure the extra 10.00 will cover that ...anyway I'm debating on ever staying there again, due to our treatment, I'd rethink advertising PET FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY IF YOUR BUTT HURT OVER HAIR AND WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT ,ATLEAST MY DOG DIDN'T LEAVE YOU A NICE NEAPOLITAN ICE CREAM CONE ,THANKS...
Read moreI'm actually being generous with this 3-star review, mostly because it is in a good location for travelers and the room was clean. My partner and I were in the area for my 40th high school reunion and had originally booked a room with a king size bed. I'd lost my driver's license a few days before my trip so we had to put the room in her name. The clerk was clearly uncomfortable with giving us a room with one bed and insisted the room with two beds had a better price. The room was clean, but the controls for the air conditioning unit didn't work and the clerk told us that it was set up to only come on when someone was in the room. The coffee and condiments, soap and shampoo in the room were very generic. The first morning we got up to find a screw in our tire. This was very suspect considering the location and looked like someone had beaten the screw in with a rock. (Yes, I'm thinking major homophobia and hate going on with the original clerk.) Thankfully it was a rental and we'd paid for roadside service. But when we went in the room to call the rental company there was not pen and paper available. I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel that didn't have a pen and paper laying out. We didn't even attempt the breakfast because we had plans to meet family, but it looked very limited. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again and we will not encourage anyone we know, gay or straight, to stay...
