i have never actually written a bad review about anywhere but i feel as if something should be done with the customer service that we had received from the lady in the drive thru. me and my wife had started ordering at the speaker and this lady was rushing us through every part of our meal, once my wife finished ordering she immediately told us the total without asking if we had completed our order. we then had to sit there for some extra time (which i don’t mind because maybe they were busy inside) once she realized were still there she got frustrated that we needed one more sandwich.. 2 people-2 sandwiches. the second sandwich we had ordered she was even more rushing with and i just felt like i had to hurry so she wasn’t going out of her way, which she had made very evident that she felt that way. once we got to the window i had realized i spaced that i wanted my sandwich toasted since we were so rushed & i was just going to ask at the window if they could throw it in just to warm it up a bit. she was very stern on the fact that it was already made and was nothing that could be done about that. i just feel like she wasn’t open to hear anything that anyone wanted to say and from these other reviews im sure we are talking about the same person. its the little things that can change a whole situation. i hope you were just having a bad day and will feel better soon so you don’t continue to put that on...

I have been going to subway restaurants for over 25 years and this was my worst experience ever. I work in retail so I know how things go sometimes but I can find no excuse for the incompetence or lack of concern for the customer at this location. I went through the drive thru and was the only customer in line. Also there were no customers in the restaurant. It still took almost 15 minutes to get our food (2 sandwiches) and after driving 15 minutes home both of the sandwiches were completely wrong. Sorry I am sure someone likes japolanos on tuna but not my wife. Sorry for the rant. I could go on but it was the response I got when I called to tell them it was wrong that ticked me off....
Read morei am not sure what is up with this franchise. i have had several bad experiences here. apparently, i am a glutton for punishment. tonight, i went through drive, sat for 5 minutes while someone filled the ice for the soda machine. they looked at me at least twice while i sat there. i then saw the second person come out from the back as a customer walked in the store. i was more than disappointed when she started taking his order. from poorly made sandwiches and people not being able to give refunds for overcharging, i don't understand how they stay open. i have spent my last dollar there. hopefully for them, you will have a...
