I recommend NO ONE! Absolutely NO ONE stay at this hotel. Not only is the staff rude and disrespectful but the rooms are horrible. Upon arrival I called the hotel to assure that we’ll be able to have a early check in because our flight landed at 8am and check in isn’t until 2pm. They assured us that if they have a room available that we would be able check in. (Understandable)! On November 29th we arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00am after receiving our rental car for the weekend. In the most rude way the lady at the front desk told us to come back at 12 noon for a early check in. We left to go get food and returned around 11:45. We enter the hotel and the lady replies “I told you to come back at 12pm. We leave out and sit in the car for the remaining 15 minutes. While sitting in the car another person arrive for a early check in as well. At 12:10 we enter back inside the hotel for check in. Not only did the lady give the person who just arrived a room before us but we then had to wait another 30 minutes for another room. (The story gets worse) at approximately 1pm we finally get to our room. We check bed and for mold and other things. The rooms are so outdated but nevertheless you get what you pay for. We take a nap and around 2:30 get up to start our day. I go to take a shower and there’s no hot water. We called and was instructed to get our belongings because we would be going to another room. We received the new room and everything checked out. We go out for the day and return to our room around 1am. Me and my fiancé are completely naked in bed and someone uses a key card and enter our room during the middle of the night. Not only was I terrified I was embarrassed and could not sleep the rest of the night. That morning we leave our room for the day and when we returned we were unable to use our key card to get into the room because our room was registered to someone else with our belongings still inside. After getting that situation corrected the next day we ask for fresh towels and they told us that they didn’t have any. After that I was done. I would rather sleep in my car before ever stepping foot back in this hotel. I promise you will regret ever laying eyes on this place. A full complaint was made in efforts for a full refund. PLEASE DO...

Upon check in and initial inspection of room, the room cleanliness was not up to par. The room smelled like smoke even though it was nonsmoking and I saw that previous customer put a bag over smoke detector and it was still there on the smoke detector when I checked in meaning the room could not have been properly cleaned if the bag was left there. The sheets were dirty. When I tried to contact the front desk from room the phone did not work. I looked up hotel number on my cell phone and called the front desk that I wanted new sheets for beds. The housekeeper did come quick but when housekeeper came to door he had one sheet set and I said I had wanted both beds. He stood at door and handed us the sheets. I told him I would just change the linen since he acted like he couldn’t come in room since we were in there. Nobody came for the dirty linen that day so we left it in a corner on floor. That dirty linen stayed there till I checked out. I had bought some cleaning supplies and air freshener since the room smelled. No one came in room to take trash out or change linen. Towels were not resupplied except when asked. We asked for a trash bag on our 2nd day there when housekeeper knocked. We were getting dressed to go out and the house keeper gave us the bags. I understand we were getting dressed but the housekeeper should have made their rounds back to the room once we left so that the trash could be taken out. We left the bag of trash outside the room door for the housekeeper to collect it and it stayed there for 2 nights. The trash bag outside room Door is still there as I write this review since I just checked out. The location of hotel is ok, it is close to the Mercedez Benz stadium which is what I came here for to see Beyoncé. If you want a room to sleep in with no basic amenities this is your place to go. I will never stay here again and would not...

I booked this place for a free shuttle but the shuttle didn't come even after 50 minutes, so I contacted the hotel more than 3 times, but they said they would arrive soon, and then they didn't answer me, or they kept telling me to wait... The other hotel bus has been going back and forth more than four times, but the shuttle I was staying at didn't come, so I took another hotel shuttle and arrived on foot.

And worst of all, after arriving at the hotel, I asked the staff why they didn’t answer the phone, and they said they didn’t call me in the first place... So from my phone records, I called the hotel in front of the staff, and the phone rang, and when I called the staff I talked to at the airport, the staff had the same voice. The employee lied to me. And the shuttle advertise 24 hours a day, it says 10 o’clock, and the shuttle doesn’t go back and forth periodically, and it seems that they make a round trip once an hour because they are lazy. It was my worst hotel ever. I won’t stay at this hotel again, and I’d rather pay you more to take the shuttle right away. The staff lies and the shuttle bus that didn’t come no matter how long I waited for 50 minutes was the worst. (Oh, and I heard that there was a man who answered the phone from the staff, and he said he had been here the whole time, but he had never answered the phone. So I asked if there were any other employees, and they said no. When I called again in front of the staff, the staff seemed to be embarrassed.)

Oh, and the evaluation of the room was that the bathroom was too small, smelly and dirty. If you're looking at a review of staying at this hotel, I'd like to go somewhere else. "I asked for a refund before check-in, and they told me to pay more if I wanted a refund, so I had to stay at this hotel." If you're looking at a review of staying at this hotel, I'd like to go...

OMG! I wouldn't recommend this place to a pack of dogs!! It started when I booked 2 rooms online. Paid for one then, the other was to be paid when I got there. Upon arrival, I paid for my second room, but then I was only given one room key. The lady had to search for my other reservation, finally found it. Next, they kept trying to get me to pay again for the room I had already paid for. I had to call the credit card company to have them tell them that they had already approved the payment. But they kept insisting that the funds had not been paid. But they finally gave me the room anyway and told me if there was an issue, they would call me, and they did, the next morning. So again, I had to call the credit card company and have them talk to the hotel staff and inform them that it was their company that was holding the funds. Finally, after she talked to four different people, they released the money. She then apologized to me for any inconvenience. Next, the rooms need serious upgrades, I have pictures. But worst of all, if you're a light sleeper, like me, you'll be up all night! The airplanes fly directly over the hotel. All day and night!! So, I had the least rest possible, they tried to overcharge me, and the rooms weren't even up to standard! Oh, don't let me forget this, the floors were filthy! My socks picked up so much dirt it was ridiculous! Had to tell the kids to keep their shoes on! I was going to go purchase a mop and supplies to clean it, but decided that it wasn't my job. Had it been, my floors would have been immaculate! Just sprayed everything down with disinfectant spray and prayed! So this place is definitely NOT recommended!

Only $120 to Trigger a Breakdown and Potentially Take Home Bed Bugs – What a Deal! If you’re into emotional trauma, mystery odors, and bonus laundry from strangers, this place is for you. We walked into our $120/night room — a price I assumed included clean sheets, silly me — and were immediately greeted by the smell of damp sadness mixed with something I can only describe as “foot with a hint of regret.” My girlfriend took one look at the bed, saw a stranger’s sock still tucked into the sheets, and started crying. Like, actual tears. From her eyes. Involuntarily. That’s the level of cleanliness we’re dealing with here. Not only were the sheets clearly unchanged (unless the new aesthetic is “used bedding with sock garnish”), but the overall vibe screamed “don’t sit down or you’ll catch something vintage and incurable.” We noped out of there so fast I think we left a vapor trail. Didn’t even stay the night. There aren’t enough hazmat suits or gallons of hand sanitizer in the world to make that room livable. Also, I genuinely considered burning everything I brought just to avoid hitchhiking bed bugs making my home their new Airbnb. Honestly, this place should come with a warning label and a tetanus booster. Spend your $120 somewhere that doesn’t include bonus emotional damage and possible parasites.

The night auditor was very pleasant and helpful. However, the room left alot to be desired. My daughter opened the refrigerator and the door fell off the hinges. There was a pink washcloth hanging in the shower as well as a soap wrapper behind the door. The bathtub had a ring around it and there was a small blue stain on the sheet. When I brought these things to the attention of the front desk personnel at checkout, she informed me that I should have complained when I came down earlier for breakfast. Well, we checked in at 4 a.m. after a 14 hr drive and I came down at 8:45 a.m. to see what was available solely because we were traveling with young children, so complaining was not my focus as I told her. The fact that I took pictures of the problem should have been enough. No, "I am sorry. What can we do to rectify the issue?" Instead she told me she was never told about the refrigerator(Really? I fixed it 3x in 8 hrs), the wrapper on the floor was from opening soap (Duh! But I didn't open it...and had the floor been swept, it would have been caught...as well as the pink washcloth). Not a great experience for a Wyndham property.
