Friendly staff, disappointing room. We upgraded to a king room with a view, only to find our view was of a tree........ Room smelled of smoke, trash still in the trash can, weird ticking noises from the pipes kept us up. I cannot recommend this hotel. There are plenty of other choices in Colorado springs that will provide a better experience...

Beautiful views and many activities! Huge property where you could go for walks or sit in front of a lake will visit again. My room was beautiful with jacuzzi and king size fluffy comfy bed. Kayaking was fun,...
