The Public House Sports Bar in Colorado Springs delivers a standout experience for both sports fans and casual diners, combining a lively atmosphere with an impressive menu. One of the first things patrons will notice is the quality of the drinks. They are well-mixed, striking an ideal balance of flavors, and feature a selection that caters to a wide range of tastes. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic cocktail or something with a creative twist, the bartenders here know how to deliver. When it comes to the food, The Public House offers an appealing mix of comfort foods with a gourmet touch. The pretzels, for instance, are a must-try and uniquely prepared, setting them apart from typical bar fare. Served warm and paired with a choice of dipping sauces, they are the perfect snack for sharing or enjoying solo. For those with a bigger appetite, the burgers here are substantial. Crafted with high-quality ingredients, these oversized burgers offer juicy, savory bites and come in a variety of flavor profiles that cater to both traditional and adventurous palates. A visit wouldn’t be complete without trying the skewers, which are both delicious and perfectly cooked, making them an ideal choice for patrons seeking a lighter option. Additionally, The Public House’s buffalo wings come in a range of flavors, allowing guests to tailor their experience to their spice preference. The wings are well-prepared, with flavors that enhance rather than overpower, making them a solid choice for groups who want to sample multiple offerings. Overall, The Public House Sports Bar blends a relaxed ambiance with a menu that goes beyond typical sports bar expectations, making it a top choice in Colorado Springs.

After a long Saturday of work, we needed a place to eat some food as we both didn’t eat the entire day. We decided to stop by The Public House since we were down in Southern Colorado Springs. They atmosphere is pretty great, but please wear a jacket if you get cold easily! It’s pretty cold in the restaurant but it makes sense for the staff always going between the kitchen and the front of house. Our server was attentive and we received great service. We started off with the garlic knots. OH MY WORD these were incredible. Some of the best garlic knots I’ve ever had. Plus great deal for how many garlic knots we had! We’re coming back here just for these garlic knots! Even the woman sitting next to us was jealous. With that being said I believe the breathtaking garlic knots elevated our expectations and the entrees didn’t follow through. My wife enjoyed her cheesesteak and fries. For my burger I did order it “Medium” and with no cheese but it came “Well Done” and with cheese (see attached photos). After taking off the cheese, it removed about half of the onions which was unfortunate. The onion rings were a nice side and I enjoyed them. The burger was good but over cooked. But please read this part of the review. I will be back to try another entree because I believe their staff was overwhelmed with all of the takeout orders and consistently full restaurant/bar sections. I believe it was just a missed cue on my burger and everyone there definitely cares about their customers. That’s the difference! Overall 4 stars and I would recommend The Public House.

Our party of nine stopped in for lunch and we were lucky with the timing of our arrival because as soon as we were seated customers filed in group by group and the place filled up. Service was OUTSTANDING. Our super busy server checked on us often and always with a smile. Did not have to ask for drink refills - she was on the spot. Kept us posted about the status of our orders. The wait stuff really hustles. High energy and they deserve a lot of credit. The food was terrific. I had the Colorado Cheesesteak and I could swear I was back in Philly. This sammy is the closest to a Philly Cheesesteak I've had since moving to Colorado almost 20 years ago. Really a great bite. Moist, tender, loaded with meat. My wife had the garlic parmesan wings and loved them. My daughter had a burger which was cooked to order and was exactly what she asked for. Good prices, great service, great food.

Cody is a true hero. Step into the mesmerizing realm of Iranian cinema, where villains are elusive shadows, and the true antagonist is the intricate dance of life itself. Asghar Farhadi, a maestro in capturing the essence of human stories, invites us on a riveting journey in "A Hero," a cinematic gem that might not be Farhadi's magnum opus but undeniably stands as one of the crowning achievements of 2021.

In this tale loosely woven from the fabric of reality, we encounter Rahim, a down-to-earth and light-hearted soul navigating the labyrinth of life post-imprisonment for a debt-related offense. Money, the elusive key to his freedom, takes center stage as Rahim discovers a bag with gold coins and chooses the noble path of returning it to its rightful owner. Little does he know that this virtuous act will unravel a series of events, each more labyrinthine and compelling than the last.

Immerse yourself in the unusual symphony of an Iranian film, where a background score becomes a rare but impactful narrator. As Rahim humbly seeks forgiveness from his debtor, the notes of the BGM delicately weave emotions, showcasing Asghar Farhadi's creative prowess. The director's brilliance sparkles throughout, especially in the climactic moments where his storytelling finesse takes center stage, leaving the audience spellbound.

"A Hero" may not be Farhadi's zenith, but it stands tall as a testament to his storytelling mastery. In a world where the line between right and wrong blurs, and morality dances on the razor's edge, this film beckons you into a labyrinth of choices, consequences, and the ever-present heartbeat of life's unpredictable symphony. Asghar Farhadi, with his artistic brilliance, invites us to ponder the complexities of existence in a cinematic experience that lingers, resonates, and leaves an indelible mark...

TL;DR Great food and iffy service. Killer burgers, wings and wedges. If you're a minority, avoid at all costs or order to-go over the phone.

The vibes have always felt sort of off. The food is great and I love the way the place looks, but I've definitely been treated differently than the other guests. Maybe they don't like the military or perhaps it's a race thing, but I've always tipped well and been super courteous so I didn't deserve the lackluster service my partner and I received.

I'm more than willing to wait on the food, it's so good. But to sit and watch other couples and tables get checked on, joked with, and paid attention to while waiting upwards of half an hour doesn't feel great. No big deal though, the food is always worth the wait.

Then I watch as a woman, who didn't take our order and was beyond professional and apologetic, take our food to a table who'd ordered something nearly identical. I'm hangry but understanding, until I let the guy who took our order and subsequently ignored us know and he proceeded to shrug while holding a couple empty plates.

She's mortified and he could not care less. We're not even her table and she is doing everything she can to let us know she's sorry and tell us we're comped. Meanwhile this guy is calling my gf sweetie and me bud as he so very nonchalantly tells us a few more minutes and proceeds to go back to entertaining the people he wants to feel welcome. Which is clearly not the interracial couple whose food he neglected to run when it was ready.

I was a server for years, I've never treated anyone like this. I won't be back and I'll be telling anyone and everyone at work to avoid this place or if they must, just order over the phone so they can't treat you like we...
