Just ordered here for the first time today. Was almost 2x more expensive than China Wok. (It’s a Tuesday, so China wok was closed, and we really wanted Chinese food). So we had high hopes. More expensive should = better quality. We ordered $68 worth. General tso’s, fried rice, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, crab rangoons, and wonton soups. The broth in the soup was ok, the wontons were complete mush. The sauce for general tso’s tasted good, the chicken wasn’t crispy or hot whatsoever. The egg rolls tasted like frozen egg rolls that were deep fried. The “fried rice” just tasted like plastic. The crab rangoons barely had anything in them with minimal flavor. The sweet and sour chicken didn’t have any flavor. Super disappointed for how much we paid for this stuff. Save your money and go to China wok. (If it’s Tuesday, you’re better off waiting until Wednesday to get Chinese food). Nothing was even warm. And we got there literally 2 minutes after thy sent the text saying my order was ready. Idk how this place even has 3.9 stars. I gave two stars because the flavor of the sauce and broth was ok. Everything seemed over cooked and like it had just been sitting there all day. We won’t be ordering here like ever again. Go to China wok. The soup is included, an egg roll is included and everything is way cheaper, and is yummy.

Remember When you used to get Chinese food and it was good and when it said it came with an egg roll you actually got a nice egg roll I'm using when you got the combo you got your meal and some soup now you got a spring roll and one chicken wing. And I hate being told I'm going to get fried rice when all I get is steamed white rice with some coloring on it. Compare the two pictures below that I had of what I got and what fried rice is. Can I order pan fried dumplings oh my goodness I don't think I've ever had worse these being so fake I don't know if they're oven-baked and then put in the microwave for their brought that way but they have not been pan-fried I had to come home and put them in the air fryer. I've been on the hunt for a good hot and sour soup this one was actually pretty decent but didn't come with any crunchy noodles which I'm always received. You want to give business to small local businesses but I can get better from Panda Express for less money unfortunately that's true

Yum! I was happy to have found a delicious, decently priced Chinese restaurant near our new place. We’ve had their Yakatori, Sweet and sour chicken, egg drop soup (which when you dine in you get a side of the crisp noodles to put on top/ in the soup), egg rolls, crab cheese wontons and orange chicken. All were tasty and great size on the portions. I’m not even a fan of orange chicken but theirs actually impressed my taste buds! The Jasmine tea was hot and yummy but can you really do tea wrong lol. Dined in once and had them delivered once (their delivery fee seemed a little insane so I used Uber eats) Both were great, pleasurable experiences with yummy hot food. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a Chinese restaurant that hits the spot. So far we have been very impressed and will be back ourselves to sample other menu items. The service was fine, nothing to write home about, no complaints either. Just right.

I have a few issues with this place and it's the first and last time I will ever eat here and it will get absolutely no recommendations from me to anybody else.

The first issue when I arrived at this place to pick up an online order the glass was SO dirty on the storefront. There was trash and what looked like some bathroom materials stacked up next to another door, which by the way, is where people are sitting to eat. The place really seemed to have no maintenance at all or even a shred of care for sanitary practices.

The second, is their customer information privacy lacks. I ordered online through QMenu and I do not like when receipts list all the information you put online. The restauraunt and QMenu put your phone number, email, and first and last name, and some credit card information that the restauraunts posts in big letters on a full paper sized receipt. (8"x11")

Third, not only does QMenu have a tracking system but the restauraunt wasn't even using it. They said my order was not going to be ready for 45 minutes. Well, based on average wait time I showed up 15 minutes earlier and my food was done. I don't know how long it was ready but personally I don't want my food sitting for a half an hour before I pick it up. So the store does not update the tracking or I would have known when it was completed.

Fourth and final, the food as absolutely terrible. The sauces, I swear, they were watered down. It was a watery sweet and sour and barely had any taste. The sauce that came with the dumplings, I couldn't even tell what kind of sauce it was because it was this light brown watered down like broth or something and it didn't smell the greatest. The "combo" had little meat, there was nearly no flavor to the entire meal and it was probably 60% rice, 30% veggies, and %10 chicken. The cabbage that was packed under the dumplings I ordered literally smelled like a dirty fish tank. I was seriously like what the..

To be honest, I don't even want to go into detailing the other foods such as the egg roll, tiny spring roll (beware, also gross), and the old chicken wing that was included. Just know that if you choose to eat here, you can expect a 1-star experience and you can expect the food to completely suck. I was surprised they even had customers.

Don't eat here - your wallet, mind, and gastrointestinal tract...

First time eating here, so here are my first impressions: Service was good and friendly, (although brief because carry out) and the lunch portions are generous. However, the "hot & sour" soup is apparently just an egg drop soup base with way too much soy added - which unfortunately made it inedible - and the fried items (crab puff/egg roll) were cooked in old oil. The Sesame Chicken I ordered had a good garlic flavor to it, but was over-breaded in my opinion. Would have preferred an option for white rice with my order, but the default choice of fried rice was okay.

This location is close to my work so I will give them another shot at some point to see if this experience was the exception or the norm, and will update my review accordingly at that time if warranted.

Edited to add this: Also just noticed a charge that didn't show up during the ordering process...beware that there is a service charge for using a credit card through the web portal, even if you go through PayPal. You are not notified of this charge until AFTER completing the purchase. This is a red flag in my book - 3 stars may have been too generous for this review. I hope the owner sees this post and takes...
