We stayed at the marriot courtyard and it was terrible. First off it's under construction so when we got here my son had to use the restroom and there's no public restroom because of the construction. There is plastic all over the floors. The check in process was fine but no digital key which is pretty antiquated in my opinion. So you have to check in and out physically. The room is mid. Like it's not terrible but it's okay. Except the bed. But you don't walk in thinking wow this is nice. I couldn't sleep because the bed is too soft and can't control the temperature in the room. It was so hot and we were trying to cool it down. Worst night of sleep ever. Then they charge $10/night for parking. Like just put that in the room rate. It's not like the parking is all that special and not like we're downtown. Then they charge for breakfast and it's like $12 for a bowl of oatmeal. No thanks we're going to IHOP. The coffee in the room is terrible and no complimentary coffee in the lobby. Instead you can buy Starbucks coffee for $5/cup. They also had apples for $2 each. My $5 coffee was neither hot nor full. Finally I got the non refundable rate. We decided to check out a day early because I couldn't handle another sleepless night and we wanted to miss driving in the snow the next morning. I was prepared to just pay for the second night and eat that cost. But then they charged an additional $127 for early checkout!!!!!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Also the lady at the desk was super excited and said oh I got you a room with a courtyard view. It's a view of the parking lot behind us. . I did voice my concerns to the lady at checkout who was very graceful in listening to me complain and apologized. She refunded the $10 parking fee. ‍ Won't stay here again and will look for Hilton properties in the future. Side note the location was good and the Aspen grill Nextdoor was amazing. IHOP was close by and no wait on a Saturday morning.

My wife and I stayed at Courtyard CO Springs on 07/01/2025. When I was checking out, the hotel staff asked about my stay. I told him we had some issues. He asked what they could do to improve. I explained that the issues included a rat at the entrance when we arrived at the hotel, then my wife found some small dead bugs on the sheets of the bed, then when she went to shower, the first bath towel had a big stain on it, then she was awoken at 3:00 a.m. to a bug crawling across her face. The manager apologized and said she would credit my Marriott Bonvoy account with some points for the issues we incurred during our stay. I will say all of the hotel staff we encountered working at the hotel were exceptionally friendly. We just had some issues with the hotel. I have no doubt lots of Bonvoy members have way more stays than me, but I have well over 1,000 nights over the past 18 years as a Marriott member. I rarely stay at Marriott hotels with less than a 4.0 rating to avoid issues with the hotel; this hotel has a 4.0 rating. After not receiving any credit of points, I stopped into the hotel on Sat, 07/05, to follow up with the manager. It was her day off. The hotel rep took my name and phone number; still never heard from the manager. Emailed the manager on 07/08 and on 07/10 requesting an update...........no reply......... I would not stay at this hotel again.

The stay was not worth the price. For $200/night I expect more than a 2-star hotel experience, especially from a Marriott. I had a number of issues that made my stay less than enjoyable: there was no hot tub, you had to pay for breakfast (and the choices were terrible), the bath tub in the room was rusted and nasty (see photo), the shampoo and soap dispensers were out, the fridge in the room only worked for two hours at a time, and on top of this I had to pay an extra $75 for for my 30 lb corgi that didn’t leave a mess, didn’t bark, and slept the majority of the time in the room. But worst of all: the receptionist named Kelly had the single worst attitude of anyone in customer service I’ve ever met. She wouldn’t give anyone in my family, friends I was with, or other patrons the time of day. Her answers were short, requiring further inquiry, but upon further questioning she just got more irritated with you. She was flat out rude and overtly gave the impression we were inconveniencing her by coming to her hotel. She made everyone afraid to ask for anything. It wasn’t just me, there were a dozen of us in a group and everyone had the same impression. Can’t imagine a worse decision for a greeter at a hotel than her. Made me sick to have to pay for this entire experience.

For starters, I would like to say that the couple of staff members I encountered during my stay were courteous and completely professional. However, I would rate my overall experience to be very, very sub-par in comparison to some of the stays I've had with some of your direct competitors. For 1, I purchased a "Romance Package" directly from your website. The package was to include a bottle of champagne and some chocolates awaiting for me and my wife in our room. I checked in via the mobile app and input my arrival time at 8:00 PM. We arrived exactly at 8:00 PM after a couple hour drive and according to our check in paperwork, we were checked in at 8:05. Check in was fast, and easy. But when I go into our room, there were no chocolates and also no champagne. I went back to the front desk and the associate apologized, went to the back and got me a bottle of champagne but no chocolates. I had to walk back to my room with a room temperature bottle of champagne and no chocolates in hand as I was told to wait a moment while she gets a bucket with ice. I make it into my room with a warm bottle of champagne and had to explain to my wife why I had to leave the room and that we were supposed to have champagne and chocolates awaiting us but they must have forgot. I then said that they were coming with a bucket with ice. Even if we wanted to drink the warm champagne, we couldn't because we didn't have glasses to pour it into either. We got the bucket, ice, and glasses approximately 10 minutes later. So since we couldn't have a toast or some chocolates due to not having any chocolates and a warm bottle of champagne, we left to go somewhere for dinner. After dinner we came back and did some swimming. After swimming, we went back to our room to enjoy a hot bath in the whirlpool tub that we specifically came to this hotel for. We got it filled, turned on the jets and sat in. Her side had fully adjustable jets, but my side didn't. There was a knob to adjust the intensity of the jets, but it was stuck in place so it couldn't be adjusted. The exhaust fan above the tub also was not working, so when we were finished bathing the mirrors and windows were extremely fogged up. It was so humid and uncomfortable in our room that I had to open our window as far as it would let me and cranked up the AC. Eventually the room returned back to normal, and we were able to go to sleep. Our room had a king sized bed, it was comfortable but there looked to be chocolate stains or...

Easy and very professional telephone reservation. Very quick and easy in-person check-in by a wonderful front-desk team. The property presents well from the outside and looks very well-kept overall. There is plenty of parking. It is super-convenient to have two great restaurants only 100-steps away, in the same parking lot area. The inside of the hotel is showing signs of a little wear and tear, some of which should be addressed sooner than later. There are a few areas that would benefit from a little touch-up paint or just a little bit of elbow grease. Overall however, the property is appealing to the eye. The open lounge area is situated between the front desk area and The Bistro. It is a terrific and very comfortable gathering place to meet friends or to just chill and have a libation or a snack. There is only one elevator shaft in the hotel and oh brother, it is uncomfortably slow. I stayed in room 303, which is on the top floor and the second to last room from the stairwell. The room was very quiet indeed, despite the fact that it faces four lanes of busy traffic. I could only hear emergency vehicles passing by, but I never heard the traffic. That was VERY nice. The room itself was very spacious and well appointed. It looked pretty spiffy, actually! The bathroom, well, I'll just be blunt and put it out there. It was not cleaned properly in the toilet/shower/tub area. The sink area, which is a separate compartment from the loo and tub, was cleaned nicely and presented well. The housekeeping team must make it a point to get into the corners and along the baseboards. No one wants to sit on the loo and see someone elses hair and funk on the floor. Yuk! It's the little things like this that can spoil an otherwise excellent stay. The housekeeping staff, while very polite and personable, were in the morning, SUPER LOUD and completely unabashed about talking to each other over the roar of the vacuum cleaner. Twice in two days, they parked their cleaning kart directly in front of my door, prohibiting easy egress. I had to move the kart (gross!) and step around it to exit my room. I imagine these few things should be an easy fix for the management. Thankfully, the rest of my stay was very pleasant. Everyone working The Bistro was absolutely amazing! Both of the girls who were on shift while I was there could not have been more professional and just overall super down-home sweet. I highly recommend this hotel. I...

Someone else posted a 1-star review a month before I stayed here: I wish I would have read that before booking this place. First, the lobby smelled like sad, hotel pool. No idea where the pool was. Was there a pool? Got in after a long flight and wanted some ice for my water bottle: both ice machines on two different floors are broken. Okay. Turned on the light when I walk into and it’s some weird lamp that mainly lights the area by the door. Used that light, and turned on the bathroom light, to find a switch to light up the rest of the cave. Nope: just a small desk lamp and two tiny bedside lamps, each with their own individual switch. TV all to myself and it looks like they offer a lot of free streaming services: nope, you can only access Netflix and you have to sign in with your o personal account info—on a hotel room TV. No thanks. Took a shower and the tub immediately filled with water because the drain was slow/clogged. So, my feet got a nice dirty water bath. There’s no real clock in the room which sucks when you have early wakeups, are groggy, and trying to keep track of time getting ready. The room had a super basic, single serving coffee maker, but the coffee came out smelling mildewey so I figured I get real coffee somewhere else. They have a “bar” but it’s also a pretend Starbucks. So, obviously no free coffee in the morning. Before I left for the day, I wandered over just to check the prices and menu, and waited to see who showed up. There was already another customer sitting at the bar having a cup of coffee watching TV on their phone. Waited a couple minutes…took it as a sign to grab coffee somewhere else and realize the other customer was actually the cashier/barista. Took that as a sign maybe the shop wasn’t open yet…? The best part was the morning I left: I was packing and moved my roller bag around, hopped in the shower for my foot bath, and there’s a knock on the door. Instead of calling, a manager came to my room to tell me the person below me called about me making too much noise. Just regular, standard pack to check out noise, not some weird early morning jumping jacks. So, if you have to stay here, I guess stay on the top floor…? And do not get an even number room unless you want a great view of a dumpster. If you’re a Marriott person, regardless of where you’re going while you’re in town, stay at any...
