My family and I stayed here for a week and I will say that overall, this establishment is great - this includes the staff, facility/amenities (cleanliness, location, and availability). The two things I really enjoyed was the free coffee/water (hot and cold) 24/7, and the fact that the room bathroom had a fan!! I know some may not enjoy what is offered during the "free" breakfast, but I thought it was great! On average, they serve waffles, sliced bread, bagels, boiled eggs, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meat (sausage or Canadian bacon/ham), scrambled eggs, mini omelets, cereal, fresh fruit (bananas, apples, oranges, and blueberries). There may be more items that were offered; however, I didn't study the entire line. The gym was nice to maintain physical levels while traveling so don't expect a "Gold's Gym" or anything extravagant (Note to future hotel "gym rats"/residents: dumbbells go up to 75 lbs). Aside from the Hilton app not working properly for me (specifically the digital room key - even after 3 resets from the hotel staff), the only thing less than adequate was how thin the walls and ceilings/floors were. I don't know if I should blame the hotel structure or the elephants and hyenas trampling around/laughing loudly above and/or besides us (or in the hallways). Regardless, I've been in several hotels where the structure was a lot thicker, hence, a lot of the sounds were minimal. I did call the front desk during one incident (30 May 2023 @ ~11:30 pm), when people were running around above us. Unfortunately, all the staff said was, "We'll look into it." Nothing was resolved only to be left very annoyed because it kept happening until I finally fell asleep. Although my family and I had to deal with hearing everyone above us throughout our week's stay, everything else about this...
Read moreAdequate, pillows were not the greatest. The bathroom sink barely had any pressure, it was hard to even brush your teeth. Sink was cracked and moldy. Shower was good, the shower head was adjustable! Major win here for the girls with thick hair. Comforter had cigarette holes in it. Coffee station wasn't filled regularly during our stay, ran out of sugar and cream. Breakfast line was meh, it was 6-8am week days and 7-9 weekends, so we missed breakfast our first day, its frustrating when hotels do this varying times, some people still get up early on weekends. The whole area was curtained off, so we couldn't even grab some fruit to take with us. Usually there is a small grab and go at most hotels before the official breakfast opens. The waffle mix was a strange color, like had black stuff mixed it. I watched the staff fill the container and it was all like this. It tastes fine, but that was strange. They only had apples for fruit, only had regular milk and yogurt. Eggs were watery. We usually enjoy the standard Hilton breakfasts but this wasn't on par. I believe this hotel has been open about 5 years, lots of stuff in the lobby felt new. Our room had plenty of space and felt safe in the area. We would stay again if we were in town and needed a place (it was a fair amount cheaper then the Hilton nearby) but just set yourself appropriate...
Read moreFirst off, the location worked out very well for us. Costco and Trader Joe’s are a short 10 minutes away on I25 North. Parking was never an issue. The views were lovely. We stayed all week.||Our room came with a kitchen and a bedroom with a locking door. The second door to the bathroom did NOT lock, but pulling out a drawer in the sink cabinet worked in a pinch. The bathroom had real doors, not pocket doors.||We loaded up the fridge with healthy-ish meal/snack options and saved a ton of money that way by eating in our room. No stove in the room but there is a microwave and induction cooktops can be checked out at the front desk. Dollar Tree is only a mile away. ||I really liked how the guest laundry was located inside the gym. Convenient. Machines took quarters and are speed queens. I could do laundry while working out.🏋️♀️ ||The breakfast buffet was great. There was a yogurt bar, waffle station, and ingredients for breakfast sandwiches. There were also blueberry & chocolate muffins and the best coffee, y’all.|||Everything was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to change out the soap dish in the bathroom. It’s a flat dish with no ridges, meaning the soap gets glued to the dish.||What an outstanding experience, though! Thank you,...
