A trip down to memory lane brought my wife and I back to IHOP. We used to frequently visit this location when we were younger due to our busy schedules. Often IHOP was the only restart open that would be open; therefore, we went back for the nostalgia. Side note: We barely ate and we’re starving. We ordered mozzarella sticks which have definitely changed over the years. The mozzarella sticks used to be very thick and filled with cheese to the brim. Honestly they had the best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had; however, they’ve made them skinnier and have less breading. Still a great taste, but sad to see that the recipe had to be changed. The $6 chicken and pancakes were fantastic. We came during the iHoppy Hour which means that certain dishes are much cheaper than normal (2-10 PM from the time of this review). Being relatively new to pancakes, these were a great experience and they gave me tons of BBQ and Maple Syrup without charging extra for the sauces. The fried chicken was great for a breakfast spot. Crispy breading, no gristle and hot. Great combination for the price! The onion rings were just standard onion rings but came out pretty cold and we’re not too impressive. My wife wasn’t didn’t enjoy the texture of the fried egg. Nothing the restaurant could have done, just user error here. Once she took the fried egg off, she enjoyed the burger and told me that it was VERY filling. I even took a bite and noticed that this burger will fill you up for a low cost! The service was great and most of the tables were very clean. Great to see this, especially since they had very limited crew due to the aftermath of the pandemic. I’m rating this IHOP a 4 star experience, because it’s exactly what you expect. Inexpensive comfort food that comes quick, hot and accurate. By that definition it’s a definite recommendation to buy your favorite breakfast staple dishes here - especially the chicken and pancakes!

I usually love this IHOP location. They have great friendly service, quick hot food and if something is wrong or late, will let you know about it. Today was a big exception! My son and I came in a couple minutes after noon, and was seated at a booth. You might think it was swamped, but not where we were. Our server took at least 10 minutes to take our drinks orders, then at least another 10 to get our drinks to us. Then even though we were ready to order excused himself for a minute and came back to take it. We waited another 25 minutes, in this time we tried to get his attention, with no success, while are drinks were nearly empty and we had had enough and had somewhere to go. As he brought our order, we had him immediately put them in boxes. Though he apologized, we never got a manager or a discount, and we paid and left. It unfortunately doesn't end there! When I go to eat my meal in the evening, at home, I discover they gave me the wrong dinner! I ordered Chicken Fried Chicken and received Steak! For my sons last "hurrah" before school started back up, it wasn't great!!

The place was empty, but we were sat at the back corner by the open back door anyway. The food was way overcooked. I went to take a bite of my waffle, and it broke when I tried to use the fork, so I ended up eating a couple of bites in layers. As dry and almost burnt as the waffle was, it was still cold enough that the butter didn't melt at all. I went to put syrup on the waffle to try to rehydrate it so it was edible and the lid fell off of the syrup and dumped it everywhere. So there was a cold, dry, crusty waffle with cold clumps of butter with enough syrup to choke a horse. The chicken strips were the color of dark chocolate, crunchy, and just incinerated. My husband's omlet was slightly overcooked so the egg was crispy and his pancakes were charred. In addition to the food experience, we got to listen to the manager harass the employees about getting off her clock and trash talking other employees who weren't there. The water was great, though.

I had the worst experience in my life at this IHOP! I have been a Patron of this IHOP for over 25 years. I ordered my Meal and waited patiently finally it came out and I had gotten a water and a tea. Finally, it was time for my food to come out and I Took one bite, but I had to use the restroom. When I got up the Waitress asked me if everything was all right and I told her yes I just had to go to the bathroom.

I am a disabled person and it takes me a little extra time to do everything. I have a Traumatic brain injury, and as a result, I am paralyzed on my right side. I had came out of the restroom and walked back to my table to find it completely cleared off. This was horrible because I had only taken one bite of the food and both the water and the tea were full. I sat there and waited and finally she came out and was like oh good they brought you another meal. But she forgot to bring me silverware. She forgot to bring me both my tea and my water so I sat there patiently. It took her about 10 minutes to get both the water and the silverware. I was still polite but this was getting ridiculous. So the whole time I ate, I had drink my water and she never filled it. And my tea also. I waited once more for her to come out and bring me a bill, but she never did so I figured that they were comping the meal since they had done such a terrible job of Just plain Service.

I walked out, got in my car and I had to pee, so I pulled out my urinal which I use regularly because my bladder is spastic. As I was doing this, the Manager knocked on my window. And I ask him if I could finish peeing, but he did not respond instead he responded with telling me that I would have to pay or he was going to call the cops.

In the middle of all this, he walked to the rear of my car and took a picture of the license plate and said I am going to call the cops and tell them all that you have done.

So I walked back in to pay him, but by time I got in there (it takes me forever to walk anywhere) He finally gave in and Begrudgingly ended up comping the meal. I will never go to this restaurant again as long as Francesco Is the manager. They should not treat people with Disabilities like they do not belong In this world. I am going to keep complaining until something is...

I felt as though when it took 15 minutes to seat us with how empty it was, we probably should have left then. I had 3 adults and 7 children. Worst customer service ever. I called to verify the kids eat free promotion and was told it is still going. After we're rung up they said it's only on Tuesdays. We definitely wouldn't have gone if that was told to us when I called. We're calling corporate. So, the manager.....was not even remotely doing his job. Our food was literally sitting on the service counter for 15 minutes. One adult asked for medium steak tips and eggs...her hash browns and steak were burnt. It took about an extra 20 minutes to replace the hash browns by that time most of us were done. The person who ordered the steak ended up going to get steak sauce off another table. It took 20 minutes for another adult to get a side of gravy for his chicken fried steak. The kids ordered a confetti pancake with sides of mixed fruit....the plates were delivered without it and they came about 15 minutes after when we asked where it was. While we were there a set of people left the lobby after waiting 20 minutes to be seated. This whole time the manager is slowly walking around and doing things like cleaning off a table...for 10 minutes at a time. Another couple, some elders, kept asking if someone would check them out after their meal. They walked out after 15 minutes of asking. We just looked at the receipt and they charged us for an extra kids meal. The manager didn't even want to talk to us. I'm sure he knew how unacceptable this whole visit was. If I could give 1/4 a star...I would. We didn't even have silverware on our table at all until we asked for some. Our food should have been free, really. I've worked as a waitress, hostess, food service manager, and a line cook so I have an idea of what should have taken place. This was the worst experience I've ever had at an IHOP. Don't go to this location unless you'd like to waste time and money. We could have ordered a couple pizzas from a gas station and been more satisfied. That's how bad the customer...
