Good luck finding your way in if you go at night! Location & parking are easy. But lot is DARK. No lit sign! showing open and you have to walk in a dark narrow area to get to the backside 'front' to walk into a dark door that doesn't look open. Can't even see the handle! Once in it is bright, open, lots of seating as building is large. Hostess nonexistent and when she did arrive she was a snotty little thang. She offered us bar which we declined and then led us into one open area with teeny little 2 seat booths. We asked for bigger which she snooted about and then requested a normal size (mind you...2 tables busy in entire section...rest of establishment EMPTY!) So she told us to go wait back outside of the area while they wiped down a dirty table. (There were other tables open and clean lol!) We considered leaving but stayed....oops. We were finally seated soon after. Table was clean but crack where it meets wall....naaasty. (Pic included but really doesn't show the gross.) Entire floor dirty. Place pretty much empty and 2 waitresses, manager, hostess, a flex kitchen worker who came in and out....so no excuse. New to OTB, so requested specials info & discussed the email club proffered $1 queso club & free dessert code we had received. Queso club canceled but still showing on our offers so manager did override it & we got to try the queso. She was excellent. Knowledgeable, clear, quick...good stuff. We happened on taco Tues, which means single tacos are on special for either $2 or $4 each, & can add sides of beans/rice for $1.69. Got it. Meanwhile....our salsa sat empty... water gone because the salsa has some kick! Yikes! Even stacking empty bowls at table edge didn't help. Still no salsa.... bowl of chips sitting there waiting.... Order of queso arrived and we asked for salsa. Salsa arrived about 5 mins later. Now chips are gone and lots of queso just sitting... Completely out of water on my end now. Ugh! Order arrived and we requested chips....no one noticed water. Tacos delivered...no water.....ate...no water....I bet you get that we had to redirect our waitress and ask for water lol! (Still only 2 small tables plus us.) Empty salsa bowls, queso plates, and water glasses sat neatly stacked by me on end of table the entire meal.... My requested water finally came about 5 mins later Time for our free dessert offer. Yummy! We had the strawberry cheesecake chimis! Large! 4 fresh & hot thick pieces, smothered in real strawberry tasting sauce and sprinkled with sugar. Highly recommend sharing one! Bill time came and took awhile because it had to be reconstructed with our queso offer and the free desserts, but they honored our offers even though queso club is canceled. Overall...a 3/10. My description & pics really don't do justice to how dark, unwelcoming, and difficult to enter this place truly is. Our confusion over the club offerings and impossibility of signing in to it were stinky & as a result took way longer to deal with than necessary. Our dirty table crack gives an insight into how clean the place truly is....and the extreme wait for the basics was really something! The managers competence & the waitresses shy smile/friendly demeanor were nice additions, but not enough to interest me in trying that hard to enjoy dinner again. There are loads of Col Springs options to try next.

Would give 0 stars if I could. We came here on a Saturday night to get food and drinks. As we ordered our drinks, our waitress wasn’t sure if I could use my digital ID which in Colorado it is accepted by everyone even police officers so she went to ask the manager, Vanessa. Vanessa came out and accused me of having a screenshot for my ID which I showed her it was not but she told me if I didn’t give her my log in credentials or sign in in front of her then she wouldn’t accept it. We watched her give 2 other tables drinks without seeing their ID’s and I do believe racism was a key in this as every other table was filled with caucasians and we were the only black/brown people in the restaurant. I will not tolerate this as I do believe it was racially motivated. Do not eat here unless you like warmed up food and racism. The manager accused me of lying about my ID and after I told her I thought it was inappropriate of her to ask for my log in credentials, she told the waitresses to take our food back because we had to leave. I am adding a photo of Vanessa after she made us including my 5 year old daughter stand out in the cold because she refused to believe my digital ID was real even though I showed her the app but she wanted me to log in in front of her and see my log in information even after we witnessed her not even ID 2 tables. Horrible service.

I was disappointed. I've been to other OTB in other states and had excellent experiences. Unfortunately this was not the case at this location. Our server was great. Points for that. Margarita was good too.. another point for that.. the fail was the actual meal. My husbands fajitas were burnt to his cast iron tray. Cheese was burnt black on bottom. I ordered the fish tacos del mar. Fish was cold. I asked for a replacement. Fish came out hot and the plate was beautifully presented, unfortunately there was absolutely no flavor. There was also now two Chile sauces added to the plate that wasn't on the original plate. Not sure if it was forgotten the first time or they were trying to make up for screwing up my plate the first time. Meal should have been compt but agreed to free sopapillas.. I will say the sopapillas were amazing but I did not care for the chocolate sauce. It had a weird flavor to it. So in all.. great waitress, great margaritas and sopapillas but the most important part of the meal was a total flop. My roommate just let me know, had she known my husband and I would be going here, she would have stopped me with her own stories of disappointed meals, wrong orders and more. Although I have loved OTB in other states, Colorado springs will not be earning anymore business from me.

First experience here from my family was terrible with only 1 of 3 orders being correct my Father's order was Pick 2 Fajitas and he loved em and they looked good. My mother's order was Border Bowl Portabello woth Avacadp fries. My order was The Borderburrito with no Pico and Pinto beans swapped for the original black beans. So after about 15 minutes from ordering our food our drinks barely come. After our waitress says theyre no more oranges ok i get it. Put watching a few people come in and order drinks I see they got oranges so I went up to ask the bartender lady who was also doing food orders if she can possibly give us a orange slice she nicely gave me a cup of oranges. So obviously our waitress didnt care enough to get or ask. So after 30 minutes of sitting there we get our drinks and food at the same time ok once again. Weird but ohwell after notching my mother did not receive her Avocado fries, and my order has black beans andPico. We politely inform our waitress (Amyia) that our orders were wrong she apolgises and takes my order back to get it correct. Mind you she didn't write down our orders at all and went to correct our order. When she brings back my order once again it has black beans in my burrito and Pinto on the side I informed her once again she apolgises again and says she will get it fixed so after 2 tries my order being wrong and sitting for 30 minutes she asks if I want my order to go since my parents finished they're meals. She brings it in a bag taped up and says check for me and make sure it's right it's 3 tacos with beans and rice. She once again says "Idk what's wrong with them back there let me get this resolved I sat paitenitly. After I watched her dlook in the bag and go to the Hitchens for 10 seconds she swaps bags and brings another saying "Oh sorry I grabbed the wrong one I had the cooks make a new one let me know if this is right". I once again obend the bag and checked it was the same burrito from the first time with a side of chips instead of rice and beans I for th 4th time told her it's okay were ready for the check she apolgises and says I'm not sure what they're doing back there bit once again after watching her grab random orders or just plain ol not giving a dam I left with not eating any food other then chips and salsa. I ignored the 3.9 star rating and that was my fault the restaurant wasn't even packed 20 people max with 6 servers and there was multiple tables that weren't cleaned of for the hour we were there im recommending you don't go here until waitress are properly trained or give a damn...

Do not waste your time or money! I would rate them 0 stars if I could. Waitress was ok at best, I am assuming she was trying but not sure. I asked a question about a new menu promotion and she said she wasn't sure and would ask. Only to see her hang out by the soda machine and come back, and talked to no one. She seemed confident in her response, so my family and I ordered. My daughter's kids meal was right, just not very good, my wifes meal was what she ordered minus the fact she asked for chicken and got steak. Then then woman bringing the food out said I ordered wrong and could not get the promotion the way I ordered it. She then explained it differently than the waitress. A few moments later I see the waitress talking to the obease blonde lady manager in glasses(she never came to our table to resolve the issue, so I don't know her name). And the manager then proceeds to point at me and talk, I thought little of this until we left the restaurant and as I walked out the front door, heard the manager or another blonde waitress say, it's not our fault he cant read and understand the menu. Well actually it is your fault, if you can't try your staff to promote your specials properly. You are unprofessional and should be fired, whether you said that about me or allowed another member of your staff. Never again will I come to this establishment and waste my money or time. Oh and they didn't even try to make up for messing up my wifes order, so she and I went without eating there. They truly...
