The orders and service here are always consistent. They're always consistently TERRIBLE. I can't stand Culver's for exactly this reason, but unfortunately I am forced to return here time and again for work. Literally EVERY SINGLE ORDER I have ever placed here is wrong. I have learned to check every item in every bag before I leave the lot, because it's literally always wrong. The staff are terrible and rude, especially after they've screwed up my order. And again, I cannot stress this enough, it's LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE ORDER IS WRONG. I am somehow always missing something, or they've poisoned my food, even after I point out that I have a food allergy. This is a terrible restaurant and a terrible experience every single time. You should all be ashamed. I have enough work experience to know that when it's this bad, the ineptitude falls on MANAGEMENT. Your entire staff should be ashamed, and the management staff needs retraining and/or replacement. Do better.
25 November 2023 Update:
Why no, Google, it hasn't changed. It's still a garbage restaurant, and they still screw it up every single time. I hate that my job sends me here for food because I hate this restaurant. Your trash food isn't worth the trash experience EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Once again, I had to get out of my vehicle in the drive thru to enter the "restaurant" to collect the food that was (predictably) missing from my order. Yet again. You need a corporate audit. I guess I'll suggest it to the regional manager.
Can't even afford to put some mushrooms on the MUSHROOM Swiss burger. Pathetic.
F Culver's. 🤡
5 December 2023: Work sends me to this dump again. I wasn't surprised when I was shorted one of my 8pc chicken strips when they finally walked my order to my vehicle, (after waiting 20 minutes). This is to be expected 100% of the time. So I left my vehicle and entered the restaurant to request the rest of my order, like I have to do literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I am made to come here. And I waited in line behind the 2 customers ahead of me so I could get the rest of my order. I finally talk to the kid at the counter, he asked for the chicken to be made and then said he was going to go get his manager so that I could speak to her. Of course, the manager didn't come out. The kid behind the counter told me she wanted to offer me ice cream. I stated that I didn't want any ice cream, I wanted to talk to the manager. So after taking a couple more orders, he went back to get her again. She finally appeared, with a shitty look on her face, clearly not wanting to MANAGE. The manager, Sam, made it very clear that she was only there to collect a paycheck, not to actually fulfill any of her duties. She was rude and shitty and I'm SO DISGUSTED by this whole experience, even moreso than my usual level of disgust with this place. So yeah, Sam, I am in fact "more than welcome to contact corporate." So I shall. Trash restaurant and trashy, rude employees.
Keep asking me for updates, Google... work still sends me here from time to time and yeah, it's...

I don’t normally leave reviews, but after the experience I had tonight, I feel compelled to speak out.
My spouse and I went in for two butter burger combos. When placing our order, we specifically told the staff multiple times that one of the burgers should be made without mayonnaise. Despite this, the burger came with mayonnaise and had to be remade. That alone was frustrating, but the situation quickly went from bad to unacceptable.
As I was eating my double butter burger, I bit into something hard. At first, I thought it might have just been a fluke—until it happened again. This time, I stopped, inspected the food, and found what looked like a cashew about 1/4 inch in size. Thankfully, I'm not allergic, or this could have turned into a trip to the ER.
I immediately went to the front and asked to speak to the manager. I calmly explained what happened and even showed him the nut that I pulled from the burger. To my shock, the manager refused to remake the burger or even offer anything as a courtesy. He claimed it was against policy to remake food that had already been eaten—even when there was a foreign object inside the food.
This response was completely unacceptable. Not only was the manager dismissive, but he also showed zero concern about a serious food safety issue. I mentioned the potential for cross-contamination in the kitchen and expressed my concerns, but he refused to take any responsibility, apologize, or even acknowledge the seriousness of the situation.
Feeling ignored and appalled, I went into the dining area and calmly made an announcement by saying "attention in the dinning area" shared my experience with other customers about 20+ people all at once—showing them the piece of nut that ended up in my burger. Many were shocked and just as concerned.
I threw the rest of the burger away, along with the overly salted fries, and didn't even touch the drink. I left the restaurant and called corporate in Wisconsin, leaving two voicemails with guest relations.
This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. For a place that serves food to families—including kids and people with allergies—this kind of negligence and lack of accountability is beyond disturbing. If this is how they treat customers and handle potential allergens, I can’t imagine this location staying in business for long.
Do better.
after seeing the reply from the owner and telling me to contact contactculvers.com , i did the day the incident occurred and has been over 3 days after leaving a voice with corporate with no response.. I guess i can take a step further and dispute the charge now on my...
Read moreI did a call in order for my co workers what should have been simple turned into a nightmare. I ordered 15 Cheeseburgers, 15 sides of french fries and lots of custard. We have ordered from here a lot at least once a month and its well over hundred dollar order and every other time has been good except this time. I called and the man who answered the phone took the order to start and he was great then when I asked to pay with a card over the phone as we always do he got his manager who I believe her name was Christine, she was very rude left me on hold for 15 minutes waiting to get a what I assume was "text message" back from her boss. After 15 minutes of being on hold she came back and said she would just take the card over the phone and gave me a long story about what she would do to justify this to her boss even tho I have given the card over the phone a bunch of times. After the 15 minutes on hold I had thought we could just get the order done and I was wrong again because they didn't save the order so I had to repeat the order back to the manager. By the time this was all said and done it was a 30 minute long ordeal. When we picked up the food I had said that I would be there at 12:15pm the order was sitting right there on the counter and it also took them 15 minutes to give us the order. When we got the food back the custard was completely melted and we were missing 2 of our mini mixers. The cheese burgers had been completely smashed and flattened, the french fries were cold and we got 2 family sides of cheese curds and got absolutely no ranch or sauces. Needless to say unless someone makes this right I will not be returning to this Culvers for our company meals I will go to the Culvers off of North Academy not happy with the rude people and the complete disgusting $150.00...
