First time staying at this location, and I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly. However, the elevator made a strange, unpleasant noise that was a bit concerning. Our room was very clean—no musty smell, likely because the windows don’t open, which was a plus. I loved the art and overall aesthetic of the room. The bathroom was fairly clean, though the towels could’ve used a good shake. I was impressed by the locally sourced soap—such a refreshing touch! The in-room steamer was also a nice bonus. The view was lovely, but the fact that this is a dog-friendly hotel was an adjustment for me, as I could hear dogs barking in nearby rooms. For breakfast, I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich, a parfait to-go, and some tea with local honey. The sandwich and parfait were delicious, though the parfait presentation could use some improvement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay despite the noisy dogs and the elevator issue. Thank you, Hotel Indigo Columbus Architecture!

Ok, I was in the handicapped room 318. I don't know about the rest of the rooms but mine had issues with hot water. To wash your hands in hot water you would turn the hot water on then use the bathroom and maybe it would get warm. To get hot it would take 4 minutes of the faucet running. Now the other issue is that the floor slopes towards the wall the toilet is on. When you shower it is nearly impossible to keep water from spraying past the shower curtain and piling up water in the floor. Later when you use the toilet your pants will get wet due to this problem. It doesn't help that the shower head is on the side wall and not one of the ends. With all this said, the beds were very comfortable and I slept well. The room itself was just large enough for my powerchair to turn around in. The bed has room for a hoyer lift to fit under. The best employee is in my attached photo! Her name is Trip. She greeted me nearly every time. This place is very pet friendly.

I can’t express enough how much my family and I enjoyed our stay at your wonderful hotel from April 19th to the 21st! The circumstance of our visit to Columbus was unfortunate; funerals are never pleasant. However, your comfortable facility and superb staff made us all feel at home.

Our family came from different directions and after our arrival on the evening of the 19th, we had the pleasure of sitting outside on the patio to relax and enjoy each other's company. Our drinks were served by Lavonne (I believe that was her name). She was very attentive and hospitable!

On the morning of April 20th, I had the pleasure of meeting your receptionist, David. He was very courteous and helpful to a question regarding an issue with a message that was left on the phone in my room. Later that morning as my family and I arrived for breakfast, he remembered me by name and provided us complimentary breakfast coupons. What a pleasant surprise!

Our server for breakfast was Rachel (again, I think that was her name). Her service was delightful and outstanding! She was so sweet and made sure our meals were satisfactory.

Of course I must mention your other receptionist, Miles. What a wonderful ambassador to your fine hotel! I absolutely love dogs and was overjoyed that you accept them at your facility. I was able to bring my senior canine companion, Max, to stay with me. He also had a pleasant stay!

Prior to checking out on the 21st, I once again had the pleasure to chat with David. I asked if it was possible to obtain another complimentary breakfast (which was quite brash on my part), and he complied. Rachel again served us with her professional and charming spirit.

I can’t express enough how much your staff made my visit so pleasant and welcoming to me and my family. I hope I will have the opportunity to stay at your fabulous hotel again in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at Hotel Indigo, Columbus. What a gem! We were there for a wedding both times, and the service was excellent! We were greeted with genuine smiles and the check in was quick and efficient. Knowing we were with the wedding, the staff shared with us that the rehearsal dinner, church, and reception were all in walking distance and gave us directions with "visual" landmarks. When we came down for a run, they offered us suggestions for our route.

The Hotel is located in downtown Columbus. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the downtown was packed with a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The "younger" guests of took full advantage of the downtown after the reception and had a GREAT TIME! So great that the gentleman at the desk offered them bottles of water to keep them hydrated as they returned from their fun evening. It is wonderful that all of these venues are just a couple of blocks from the hotel.

We took full advantage of everything that the hotel had to offer. We printed out boarding passes, used the workout room, hot tub, pool, and enjoyed cocktails in the bar while playing a board game that we found in the lobby. The room and amenities were plentiful and quite comfortable. Did I mention the cute little dog behind the desk or the pet fish you can take to your room???? Our flight did not leave until later in the afternoon and the staff graciously offered us late checkout!

Perfect stay for a perfect weekend. Thank you...

I am a business traveler and promised my young granddaughter I would one day take her with me on a trip. I booked a trip for just she and I to allow her to enjoy the whole hotel experience from room service to the hot tub for the first time. Hotel Indigo in Columbus, In was a wonderful choice for this 'Girls Getaway'. The staff was wonderful from the moment we checked in to each request we made throughout our stay. Miles was a hit with my granddaughter and Jon was very pleasant and prompt with our room service. The hotel is very clean and the design is very appealing...it fits Columbus excellently. The lobby was very welcoming and we enjoyed playing many of the games they had available to share. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds were amazing! Each person we spoke or dealt with on staff was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well kept. The only reason I did not mark this overall experience as EXCELLENT was because of the food. While the food we tried overall tasted very good it was evident that some of it was prepackaged and not homemade. While there is nothing wrong with that it just somehow took away from the overall upscale flavor of the hotel.

All and all I would still highly recommend this hotel and fully intend to stay here again. The hotel is located in an wonderful area full of incredible architechture and great restuarants all within walking distance....
