From the moment we walked in, Zach’s knowledge was off the charts—he explained the different mattress types, firmness levels, and materials in a way that made everything crystal clear, without any pressure or upsell nonsense. What really stood out, though, was his genuine care and concern. He took the time to ask about our sleep preferences, any back issues we might have, and even suggested options based on how we actually lay on the beds during our test. It felt like he was invested in us getting the perfect night’s sleep, not just closing a sale. We’ve bought furniture before, but never been more impressed with someone’s expertise and attentiveness. My sales person was Shelby and she was fantastic. I came in with a list of mattress numbers and I told her that I had gotten these from the website. She told me that they would have to be ordered online but she could help me with that. I told her I really just wanted to check the firmness of the from and extra firm so I knew which one to order. She walked us over to one that was firm and I sat on it and lived it. She proceeded to tell me that this was on sale and I told her it was more than I wanted to spend. She said there $500 off. I told her I wanted to stay under $1000. That would include delivery and set up and haul away. Even though it ended up being about a $100 over my limit I purchased anyway. She was just fantastic and I do not think we were even there twenty minutes. If we had gone to NFM we would have been there and hour or more. I purchased a "medium" memory foam mattress at this location and received a "firm" mattress instead. The sales slip designated the fact. When I approached a salesman about the issue his comment said there wasn't any difference between the two! What?!! The showroom mattress was much softer and had a completely different feel than the one I received. I finally got sick of waking up sore and said I wanted to return the mattress for FULL refund... but the salesman said there is a 10% charge. So I take it in the shorts for over $300! I finally went to the local furniture store and purchased a mattress that is perfect for me and a VERY good price, free delivery, delivered in one week (not 3 weeks), better warranty, and a return fee of $80!
