Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

So happy to have a new restaurant in Council Bluffs that hits the mark. The store is newly opened, but it's very clean and smells delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had the Buffalo chicken mac, spicy Korean steak and kids Mac. All three were delicious. The Buffalo chicken is hit with just the right amount of hot sauce and the spicy Korean steak has just the right amount of heat. Not too much. Our daughter loved the Mac and Cheese and the homemade rice Krispy treat. This will be a spot we visit for lunch or dinner regularly....

Took us 45 minutes to get three meals one meal was supposed to be a grilled chicken Caesar salad. They brought out chicken noodle soup. Then brought the salad with no dressing. The butter Parmesan noodles had no butter it was dry noodles with a sprinkle of Parmesan so gross and dry. Bacon mac & cheese was OK but not hot. I got six pieces of broccoli for $2.95. The garlic bread was good. That is all. Will never return. If this place is supposed to be good. I suggest they get new management...

Took forever for pickup even though the app said it was ready a good 20 minutes prior to food being in my hand. A woman was waiting to order for about that same time with no acknowledgment from staff whatsoever. On top of all that there was at least 15 already done bowls of food that were just sitting on the counter. Haven’t eaten the food yet because I’m writing this on the way home.
