I ordered a sandwich online. When I went there they didn't have the order ticket. They explained why (it's a result of how the online system works) and I totally understood that and wasn't mad at all, but what followed was frustrating. They made the sandwich and then put it in the "online order pick up" section even though I was right there. Because that section is off to the side and the fact that they didn't call my name or tell me it was done, I ended up waiting extra while my sandwich was getting cold because no one could just say "Laura, your sandwich is done." It just seemed like a pretty basic thing that was missed. I tried bringing this up through feedback and based on the response I'm not sure that they understand the problem. I love their food (the New York Steamer is amazing) but the service I got and even the response was frustrating. A lot of places that do online ordering will have their employees say out the person's name before putting it in the online order section just in case the person is there. I'd recommend they do that or if at very least say the person's name when they know that person is in...
Read moreI tried really hard to eat here, but I had budgeted a certain amount for lunch and for the life, I could not find updated pricing for them without creating a mobile account and trying to check out. After eating actual lunch somewhere else, I came in here to buy a cookie, just so I could take a picture of their board and help another person out. At the end of the day, I did find their prices on UberEATS. Sad I had to go there. Oh, but the staff in the store was fine. Store was clean. No issues at the store level save for the construction out front. Also,...
Read moreWon't be going back. This was my first visit to any of these restaurants and was left embarrassed and mad. I order my meal and was asked to tip on top for take out. I usually give none because workers are paid to do that job already without extra service. I tipped 10% for xmas instead. They ring up the order, and the cook gets the ticket, he looks at me then all his other workers and said "that's all he is giving me!", with sarcasm over the tip. They make my order and get home to find it purposely made wrong. I look at my receipt to confirm my original order was taken down right, but the cook did not give me that. I was the only customer in the store and only sandwich being made...
