Panda Express — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

This place doesnt even deserve a single star. But google wont let my post til i give an undeserved star. I always order the teriyaki chicken. Every time I have ordered at any panda express I always received 1 side of the sauce for each entree. This time I didn't get the sauce. I also put on my order extra extra sweet and sour. I received nothing. Not a fork, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce or my specifically asked for extra extra sweet and sour. I take out the food and the styrofoam is completely covered in sauce from inside. I call the restaurant and "Achmed" says he will not give a complimentary pop for the mess up, and is completely rude. Says he will give me my extra sauces the next time I come but doesn't even ask for my name even after I told him there won't be a next time because I am taking my business else where. He says I should have asked for them. I said "when I put it on my order where does it go from there? Because I said I asked for my extra sweet and sour sauce and I didn't get them!" I will never go back again. They get paid $10 an hour and they still can't get the orders right. I went through the drive through today 10-16-23 to get some food for my boyfriend and I. I sat in front of the window for 5 minutes and the lady at the drive through asked me nicely to go park in-front and wait for my food. I was perfectly fine with that. I sat and waited 35 minutes for them to bring out my food but no one came. Finally I walked inside to see what was taking so long. I was waiting on chicken teriyaki. I see that there is two pans sitting there in the hot case. There were customers inside getting chicken teriyaki but I was left waiting outside for 35 minutes. The lady asked me if I wanted any sauce and I said yes. I asked for extra teriyaki and extra soy. I finally get my food and leave. Boyfriend got home to eat his dinner and there wasn’t any teriyaki sauce. It was 3:45 when I parked in a parking spot waiting for my food. Finally I walked inside at 4:20 to get my food. I recently ordered takeout from Panda Express, and it was a huge letdown. My girlfriend and I both got separate orders, including orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. When we got home and opened the boxes, we were shocked at how little food was in them. The orange chicken was barely a scoop, and the honey walnut shrimp was almost non-existent. To make matters worse, the noodles were super dry and tasteless, like they’d been sitting out for hours. It felt like they were seriously cutting corners on the portions and quality. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. The food itself was disappointing, and we were both still hungry after finishing our meals. Definitely not going back...
