Our waitress was wonderful but the ridiculous micromanaging by the supervisor was over the top. The supervisor sat us in what was the ONLY waitresses section and had just sat 2 other tables. She didn't ask to help her or help us. Instead, she stood in the corner glaring at our waitress while she dealt with a "very descriptive" couple and their order. She was trying to give her full attention to them while noticing she was double sat. Still, the supervisor just glared. I am going to leave it as the supervisor left us without drinks because the waitress was doing her job as fast as she could. If the first table was just putting in their order and 2 tables sat at the same time I'm gonna say she got slammed. We waited about 8 minutes for a drink. To my surprise the supervisor had the nerve to come over when our waitress finally brought drinks and ask us if things were okay, with a glare passed to the waitress. You could cut that tension with a dull spoon!! Extremely uncomfortable. Our waitress tried very hard to have our order out quick (6 minutes compared to the 8 for the drink!) as we had things to do and with the absolute failure to help by the supervisor, I knew we'd be there forever. We ordered the rest of our food "to go". Beyond the knit picking of the supervisor, to our waitress, who handled it far better than me. The food was less than satisfactory. If it wasn't for all the effort by your waitress, we wouldn't have even received drinks before we left. Your female supervisor on weekday shift aroun 4pm is appalling. Absolutely rude. Refuses to help. Seemed to intentionally be trying to make someone fail. Then had the nerve to follow her without any assistance and not for training purposes. Yes, I am sure of this. I waited 6 years to try BWW again and unfortunately, it's my last time. The only reason this restaurant received stars from me is your waitress's unwaivering customer service. Read moreI used to come in all the time with my family and as of late it just seems like it has been issue after issue with this location specifically, on one occasion i had a waiter "mark" literally standing over my fiance staring down her blouse and when I asked him to please step back, he got aggitated and asked for my name several times and after refusing he asked for my phone number sohe could "look up my blazing rewards" only to use my first name the rest of the visit almost talking down to me as if figuring out my name somehow rendered us more vulnerable to his perverted sexual advances towards the women at my table and multiple times I have had to bicker with host staff on placement of our table due to needing a baby sling, beyond that anytime I try to redeem the nearly 15k in points I have, the app never works to redeem them, and tonight 09/27/25 was honestly just the final straw on being disrespected, I spoke to 3 individuals and every single one had a ridiculous attitude that I was somehow trying to burden them with my questions on how to redeem my points if the app isn't working, the first employee just simply refused to help, after requesting someone else i was given the second employee that "was here because the manager was busy" and after getting nowhere with her and finally getting a female manager she was extremely rude, and insinuated that i "was screaming" at her. Read moreWent in at 11:15am, a group of 8, at 12:30 we still did not have our food and we all had entpy glasses. One of our members went to talk to the manager as the people who have came after us, one inclduing a party of 6 already had their drinks and food. The manager tells him "I'm sorry" as the waitress comes out carrying our food. They had one two plates of the 8 plates. The orders were wrong, and two of is still missing our food. One missing food had to tell them forget it, as he had to leave for a four hour drive to fall city! After the meal was brought to the other member, she didn't have her whole order. We then had to ask our waitress for more drinks as we all still had empty drinks. It is now 1:40 and we are just now able to leave. Before we left, we asked for the manager, now this is not the waitress fault, at least not for the food, but she could have kept our drinks full or checking in. They had her tables over staffed as others were cleaning the floors or standing around. The manager apologized to us telling us how he believes in team work and just had a meeting .. the problem here, he should have came out when the member spoke to him earlier and fixed the situation and helped out. Filled the drinks, etc This was the worst experience and we will not be back to this location.
