Absolutely horrible experience yesterday! Beware of intentionally getting over charged!
The sandals I took to the register did not have a price tag. I told the cashier where they were and how much I thought they cost, $12.99. She radioed for help, but did not appear to get any, at one point waving and shouting at the other employees standing by the door. She was rude to me and didn’t seem to care about the customer. Eventually she said they were $19.99. It actually seemed like she or someone else just made up that price and I knew that wasn’t right. She just shrugged her shoulders like it didn’t matter. I took it upon myself to double check the price and they were in fact ALL marked $12.99. When I got back to the front of the store, the same cashier shrugged her shoulders again and just walked away never saying anything to me when I mentioned the actual price. Another cashier helped me who also did not acknowledge what had just happened. It was as if no one working in that store cared about anything. It was pathetic and the worst customer experience I have...
Read moreI always come to this location to shop for clothes. I always take off the hanger of the clothing item if I’m going to try it on. Today I go to try on these pants and the lady working the dressing room was extremely rude and disrespectful from the jump. As soon as I got to the dressing room area I was looking for an attendant and the worker gave me a very dirty look and asked where the hanger was at and asked if I took it off, which I responded yes. She had a nasty attitude and was unnecessarily rude. She told me I need the hanger to try on the clothes. But ultimately let me go into a room without the hanger. Once I was done trying them on, I give the pants back to the lady. And she said “you see, this is why you need the hanger” she said that very rudely . You should have been there to hear her nasty tone. She had been very very rude since the beginning so I ask for her name, and she refused to tell me. She then ignored my question and started helping...
Read moreI usually have a pleasant experience, but my cashier today was completely disinterested and treated me like an inconvenience. I went up to the register and said “I’m going to go get a bag” and walked away to grab a .99 one. She rang up everything and gave me the total when I was back, all put into a plastic sack. I stated again I wanted to purchase the bag. She rolled her eyes at me, sighed heavily, and at the end said “have a fantaaaastic night” really sarcastically. There were like 3 other employees up there. If she didn’t want to ring me up she didn’t have to. She was the worst part of the store. I’ve worked at HomeGoods before for years - it’s not that hard to put in a smile and use your customer service voice. Life sucks but I’m not the one forcing you to...
