QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

Came for the first time and last time to this location. Was the worst experience i had. Order a Steak Burrito and the beans and steak was cold and not even warm at all. Plus the tortilla was also cold. Plus u call this place real Mexican food😅 this place is a joke. Wouldn't recommend anyone to come and eat here at all. I would never go to any qdoba restaurant ever again. Plus ur employee's were just to busy talking to one another and dint help us until 5min later. When i said forget this and lets just go somewhere else. Plus ur short Mexican manager seen us there waiting forever and she just look at us and then decided to put her tablet down and then she just walk away from us with out saying anything. Worst manager and employees and plus worst place i ever been to. Never been to a qdoba and won't come back ever again. They should get some new employees and manager's that actually care about there customer's and not serve cold...

QDOBA never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and the aroma of freshly grilled meats and spices. The food is absolutely delicious — every bite bursts with bold, vibrant flavors. I customized a burrito bowl with perfectly seasoned steak, cilantro-lime rice, black beans, fresh pico de gallo, and their signature 3-cheese queso — hands down the best queso I’ve ever had!

The ingredients are always fresh, and the portions are generous. I also appreciate the variety of options for every dietary preference, including great choices for vegetarians and low-carb eaters.

What really sets QDOBA apart is the service. The staff are quick, courteous, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order just right. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or catering for a group, QDOBA delivers quality every time.

I order two quesadilla kids meals and selected the option for no queso; however, queso was put on the quesadillas. I called the store and asked for them to correct it on the phone. The person who answered the phone told me they never put queso on the quesadilla and I told him there were peppers visible and that my children would never eat it. He eventually said it was no problem—that they’d fix it for me and bring it out to my car. I drove all the way back to the store, only to have him tell me that he could not give me the corrected food order; that instead if I wanted the corrected order I would need to pay for a replacement. If that was the case, why wasn’t I told that on the phone or called before I drove all the way back. My son is tube fed and eats very few things by mouth. Terrible experience! Will never eat here again. Next time I’ll just go...
