Meet Jose in Hummelstown location. Greeted me the moment I got in the door. I am a person cursed with OCD, 2 back surgeries, and a bad knee so my needs were going to be a challenge to make decision in bedding. Jose showed me so many options even going to cheaper mattress. Cost was not going to allow me to go with what I felt my body needed. So went with cheaper model because Jose said if I change my mind give him a call to upgrade. Slept on the thought of bed I choose and decided I was wrong and to spend more $$$. Jose was in another store and I tracked him down and he worked his magic so I could get bed my body needed. He did me so well and the Bamboo Sheets he threw in are amazing! So happy with Jose's service I called a third time to get adjustable base and he did magic there also. Mattress Firm has a great representative of your chain in Jose and what your personal should all be like. Thanks soooo much Jose.... If ever in need again I will track down Jose in what ever store he is in. Thanks again for making it painless and being patient with...

I can only speak to my personal experience which has been fantastic. So I'd like to start out by saying thank you to the manager Timothy David Schock - I really appreciate you helping me brother.

Regarding my experience: I was fortunate enough to be helped out by Tim Schock who I found to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get me into the right mattress and adjustable frame because he took the time to listen and figure out what I actually needed. I could not be more impressed with Tim and look forward to working with him to replace my remaining mattresses.

Update 11/2024: Just purchased another mattress and adjustable frame from Mattress Firm and I did so because the company has one of the most professional teams I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I must say the store had more than plenty of selection and is laid out nicely. Pete went above and beyond with being helpful and getting us a good deal! While I did spend more than I initially intended to, they did have quality products within our original desired price range. We just ended up buying more than initially anticipated,( i.e. adjustable base.) (Try out the Columbia pillows, we love them.) There was a delay in availability of the adjustable base. But Peter was able to get our mattress delivered quickly and get our adjustable base delivered when available at no additional fee. The delivery team was great they had put shoe covers on for entering our home and were in and out in minutes. Also with their 120 night trial period, seems hard to lose.
