Ordered online for catering. The assistant manager calls THE DAY OF EVENT at THE DELIVERY time to report that the address was outside of their delivery zone - claimed 45 mins, even though google map and yelp said it was a 32 min drive. When I called back, the assistant manager apologized and said she would figure out a way to get the food to our event and left it at that. The supposed manager of the establishment then calls, first of all, begins saying how it was not their fault at all that they called AT THE DELIVERY TIME, proceeded to say that they REFUSE to deliver the food and that it would be available for it to be picked up. SEVERAL times raised her voice and THREATENED to hang up the phone if we did not agree to her terms. Finally "said" she would call the Camp Hill location and have it delivered there, at least get the items half way, to which that was already 30 mins late for our event. Adamantly REFUSED to apply a refund or offer anything due to the inconvenience. Went over to the Camp Hill site to which the staff had NO idea we were coming or of any order that was supposed to be coming their way. Ended up asking the manager of the Camp Hill location to provide whatever foods or desserts they could spare for our event. Called this location again to inquire why they had failed to provide the Camp Hill with the food or any communication about our missing order to which we received more rude, incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful hateful commentary along the lines of "this was no longer their problem".... please please beware of catering from this location, not only will you NOT get your food, but you will be met with incredibly rude and uprofessional staff that will honestly...
Read moreMy recent visit to Panera was an incredibly frustrating and costly experience. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the $30 price tag for what was a disappointingly meager and low-quality meal. The "You Pick Two" combo, which included a half salad, half sandwich, a drink, and a bagel, felt like a complete rip-off. It’s hard to justify that price for such a small amount of food. The salad was especially disappointing. It looked nothing like the vibrant, fresh images advertised on the menu or the restaurant's walls. Instead, it was an unappetizing mix that was overwhelmingly flavored with basil. It seemed like the chef had a heavy hand with the seasoning, to the point where it completely masked any other flavors. I even found an entire basil flower mixed in with my greens, which made me question the quality control and overall preparation of the food. To add insult to injury, they didn't even provide a spoon for my salad, making their already-lacking "table service" even more of a joke. This whole experience felt more like a glorified deli with a ridiculous price tag. The fact that I paid $30 and still had to bus my own table is honestly infuriating. If I'm paying this much, I expect some level of service, not a glorified fast-food setup. This meal felt more like overpriced hospital food than something you'd expect from a well-known chain. The experience was so bad that I’m genuinely considering a chargeback on my credit card. The value for the money just wasn’t there, and it felt like a complete waste. Panera really needs to re-evaluate their pricing and the quality of their ingredients. This was my last straw, and I doubt I'll...
Read moreEdit: service has taken a dip. The first time I ordered something that was out of stock, they never told me it was out of stock, so I sat around for 10-15 min waiting for food that never came, nor did anyone find me to let me know. When I got someone's attention they acted surprised that I didn't know, like I was an idiot for not magically knowing it was out of stock. Today, I ordered a Cranberry Orange muffin. Took about 10 min. Finally got my order called. Grabbed my muffin and went to my seat only to realize they gave me a pumpkin muffin. No problem, mistakes happen... So I go up to the counter and tell them they gave me the wrong one. The guy says "oh it looks like we are out of that kind, they must have given you the pumpkin one as a replacement." Seriously??? I have NEVER been to any place that serves food that will knowingly change your order entirely and not even tell you, and then act surprised that you have a problem with it... Not to mention the pumpkin muffin I got was very dry. I have the sip club membership, so I will still come to do business but I highly doubt I will actually order food at this Panera much anymore.
Original review: Food is good, as expected. Service is not bad, but not really over the top either. Atmosphere is okay. Seems a more retail than a cool place to hang out. Guess it depends what they're going for. Overall solid location though! I go here regularly to grab a bite/drink and get some...
