First, let me say they need to mop the floors in this restaurant. Floor was greasy or slippery. Second, cheese sauce for one scoop miserably overpriced and so is the spoon of guacamole or avocado. 4 the price of the scoop or side of cheese or guacamole you can buy a jar of cheese and last forever and so three avocados. Third, service was poor and management needs more training. It’s not my business to know two weeks ago management said that if restaurants replaces a meal their store check is cut down worth what they replaced on meals to customers and chain weighs their food to account and make sure no stealing happens, I guess. My mom did not like her tacos, they were cold after all the fixings and wanted a replacement with just the meat and a lady quote in quote acting as manager or lead refused. It was truly cold also after all the toppings, my bad… as I ordered it for her, but one manager or lead wanted to make it right, but the other manager bluntly told him if he remembered what was discussed in meetings which I mentioned above. Fourth, drinks/soda is overpriced, too. Fifth, meat lacked flavor as well. Overall, it was a horrible experience like I have never experienced in any other chipotle spot. I will never go back to this place and lesson learned. Be aware that as a customer we are not always right or chain or management may not always want to make it right because other people will come right behind another and buy their food. Read more10/30/2023 - we will not go back here. For the $60.00 we spent here, we could have had a nice dinner at The Boro in Hummelstown or Iron Hill (minus the alcohol of course). We went in for dinner at about 5:20pm. First off, almost all the tables were dirty and the trash bins were all full. As we approached the line, I could see tons of dirty bowls, food bins, etc. in the background. When we ordered, a number of the food items on the line were either empty or had clearly sitting for a long time. The line was dirty with food bits here and there. The hot food was not very warm and the cold food (sour cream, guac, cheese etc) was insanely cold. They were out of small cups, so instead of giving us large for the price of small, they charged us for large cups. My burrito was super chewy, and I figured out why as I neared the end of it. Apparently my burrito split, so they wrapped it with another one instead of putting the contents on a new shell or making a new one. I get it, I probably sound like a pain in the ass, and I really thought twice about posting this. The reason I decided too was because we spent SIXTY dollars here. Read moreOrdered my two bowls online, asked for extras on both bowls for a few different items. Opened both bowls, neither of them had those extras. Also didn’t receive silverware in our bag. The carnitas didn’t look cooked fully and the white rice was crunchy/hard so i took that bowl back asking for a manager. The manager was speaking to me and explaining everything to me and i was showing her my receipt with all the extras, while this girl in the back name Kara (or however you spell it) kept yelling at me from across the room, mind you the manager asked her countless times to stay out of it and that she was handling it on her own. The entire time i stood in there getting my bowl remade this woman took it upon herself to keep yelling at me from across the room. Very disrespectful considering the amount of money i paid and tipped over 20%. There’s absolutely no one for an employee to speak to a customer like that especially when they aren’t a manager.
