Eparepa Doral — Restaurant in Doral

I'll give 3 stars because the food was tasty when I had it the first time I visited the establishment. So tasty that I drove out of my way from the Gables this time. Unfortunately what's the point of it being tasty if by the time they give it to me it's not fresh because it's been sitting around because the girl forgot all about me. I placed my order to go. Young lady tells me to sit that she'll bring it to me. 30 minutes later she walks out with her own lunch in hand, sees me turns back to another girl and instructs her to give me my bag which had been sitting there the entire time. I'm handed my cold food without a single word from either one. Disappointing. Not...

Although the food is really good and I come here all the time because its close to my job the service is questionable...one of the girls is really nice but there is another girl with black hair her name is necmary and she is really rude and dismissive when you ask her anything I always say thank you but with her I dont even bother because she doesnt say anything back and has no manners she looks bothered all the time...so i think I may have to come less or when she is not around it spoils my lunch.

Update: So i came back recently and there is a super nice lady she has blonde hair...I just ordered a coffee but she was nice enough to even do a cute design on...

I frequent this restaurant on my days off. Tuesday and Saturday. However, one day I had to use the restroom. I went to their neighbor business Dunkin Donuts but it was occupied. So I went to use the restroom at Eparepa. I asked politely to use their restroom and their manager refused me. I called the restaurant the next day to speak with the owner. They hung up on me the first time. I called back again and as soon as they answered, they put me on hold or something. That happened twice. Because of that experience, I won't be a customer there anymore. I guarantee,if it was a Hispanic, the manager would have given them the code for...
