My husband and I stay at this hotel because we had a family emergency so we had to travel from South Carolina to Pennsylvania, this place was okay a year ago when we went for vacation The second time around it was a super disgusting room smelling like URINE and MOLD, WE EVEN HAD TO ASK FROM DESK IF THEY CAN'T GIVE US SOME FEBREZE OR ANY TYPE OF SPRAY THAT WOULD TAKE THAT SMELL OUT OF THE ROOM THEY CAME IN AND THEY SPRAY IT BUT COUPLE HOURS AFTER IT WAS SMELLING THE SAME PRETTY DISGUSTING, both times that we stayed there was other guests being loud slamming doors and in both occasions we had to call the front desk so they can assist us with the issues front desk itself is horrible every time you go down needing something there's nobody at the front desk. You just have to stay there until somebody shows up This second time we went they don't even had housekeeping services except for exchanging towels and taking the trash that's it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYBODY AND I'M SORRY TO BE HONEST ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE VISITING BUT I FEEL LIKE WHEN YOU PAY FOR A HOTEL ROOM YOU DESERVE TO HAVE A DECENT LOOKING ROOM SMELLING GOOD AND WHEN WE DON'T GET THAT I FEEL LIKE OUR MONEY IS GOING DOWN THE DRAIN AND I DON'T THINK THAT'S FAIR, WE WANT TO SEE THE VALUE OF WHAT WE PAY FOR. I USUALLY STRIP THE BED SO IT IS EASIER FOR HOUSEKEEPING AND ALSO PUT THE TRASH TOGETHER THE SAME THING WITH THE TOWELS, SO WHEN I STRIP THE BED THE PICTURES I'M SHOWING HERE IS EXACTLY WHAT I FOUND, BLOOD STAIN A YELLOW STAINS, PILLOWS ARE PRETTY OLD AND YEAH PRETTY DISGUSTING. 🤢🤮🤢🤮

The place was close to downtown Lancaster but nothing to write home about. The easy check-in process was about the only think we were pleased with. There was no elevator in the building. We were told "since we're a two story building, we aren't required to have an elevator". In the bathroom, the shower curtain rod was installed incorrectly. The bar dips down in the middle instead of being rotated 90 degrees so it holds the shower curtain away from the tub. The wall shows several indentations where the shower rod was installed before. Since the rod dips in the middle, we couldn't shower without the curtain pulling away from the ends and bunching in the middle. This means every shower leaks water onto the floor, resulting in hard water stains on the tiles in the corner. We told the front desk staff, but they said that is how they are all installed, and told us that they were installed correctly. The shower has a leak and was slowly dripping from the shower head. This left hard water stains on the tub by the drain. The shower head had a piece of tape or other plastic wrap that had yellowed from age, and had hard water stains on the inside. It's not clear what this tape was doing. The bathroom door did not open all the way. The bottom of the door contacts the floor tile near the wall and stops the door from swinging completely open. Needless to say, this wasn't an ideal stay. We expected more as this is a Wyndham property. We won't be returning to this property.

For $179, even for a Friday night, this place should have been a lot cleaner. Some of the issues can be chalked up to being an older building but there were areas where it was just dirty. The tub needs a really good scrubbing, and the bathroom floor was sticky. That was the worst of it. The pillows were barely big enough for a human head, but the beds themselves didn't have any fresh stains on them and smelled clean. The walls were marked with dings and scratches, and the chair attached to the desk was worn down to the frame. The iron and ironing board were probably in the best shape of everything. There was a fridge and a microwave, but we didn't even touch that. Surprisingly we slept pretty well, as the temperature remained comfortable and the air conditioner wasn't too loud when it cycled on and off. We didn't even touch breakfast. The funny thing was that there was a bucket labeled "sanitizer" that the clerks put the key cards in. Visible. We overheard someone talk about housekeeping issues on the 2nd floor. We were in room 240. Even though the reviews were not great, we took a chance because we couldn't find anything better. I won't be making that mistake again. The best part was the easy access to Route 30

I had a bad experience with my sister in this campus, it was the first time seeing her in years and she overdosed. It was very scary experience I've never had to deal with. Instead of asking me to leave and helping to understand why I was being asked to leave I was accused of being a drug addict and told I couldn't even wait for my clothes to finish drying before leaving. As I approached the desk I told her I hope one day she has the experience of having someone put the icing on the cake of her bad day the way she did mine. She proceeded to tell me she was in recovery (all the while speaking over me not letting me get a word in) as if this was supposed to somehow make me feel better about her being so rude a disrespectful. I could not believe the audacity this woman had. My mother overdosed and died one month ago and seeing it so close with my sister was very traumatic. The last thing I needed was a rude woman to top things off. This experience has changed my whole perspective on this hotel, they have no personal touch what's so ever. Beyond that the bed sheets had stains on them and any time I get a room I always have to go ask for more toilet paper, there was never more than one roll. If the price of the rooms were lower this would all be fine. But when you're paying close to 100$ you don't expect to have to walk down stairs every time for essentials. These things mixed with the very rude woman who turns out to be the manager (Lord knows how that happened) have made my mind up about this hotel completely and I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone. God doesn't like ugly, and I'm pretty sure glutton is a...

Good location, close to the highway. Front desk is quick. The lobby is clean. The rooms were as clean as you can expect for cheap and 3.5 stars. The beds were just OK. The door locks seemed to be in tact. Some appliances/furniture was new. We were able to get a room for at the top of our budget compared to the other hotels around us at about $180-270.

Lot of sketchy people around this booked up hotel. Our window pane was broken which was a little worrisome. The shower light bulb was flickering while I was showering, I had to turn it off. 3 of the 11 channels on the TV didn’t work. The upholstery on the chairs and ottoman are honestly disgusting. I’d rather have no chair than that stained up piece of grub. I mean, who would sit in that? The whole room and bathroom could use a good deep clean. The walls in the bathroom are gross. Bath/shower is stained. Cracks and crevices are mildewed. Walls and floors are not sound proof in the slightest, we could hear the shower upstairs running as if we were separated by paper, but even louder because it was the pipes and now just water running.

Despite certain things, we did end up sleeping there. If we were in the same situation and needed a cheap place to stay again in this area, I might consider staying again. Safety was a moderate concern. Cleanliness was a moderate concern. The front desk made us feel comfortable. Don’t plan on eating breakfast and at the very most, there’s pre packaged muffins, bananas, apples, yogurts, oatmeal, and juices. The parking lot was clean but there were people just hanging around at 11pm when we checked in and it was a bit...
