I was not impressed with the service of this shop. I needed to have my horn replaced as it had stopped working, inspection, spark plugs changed and a general once over to make sure everything was working fine, as I was having an issue with it cutting off at low RPM's (which I explained to him). I was out of town for a week and left the bike with them so that they could work on it at their leisure. I also provided the spark plugs and horn (I bought the bike used and it came with those things as extras and Joe said that he was fine with putting the parts on the bike).

When I got back into town after a week away, I called in the morning to make sure the work was complete and that I wanted to pick it up at 5 that night. "No problem", I was told "We have one little thing to finish up yet and we'll definitely have it ready by five". I get dropped off at five and my bike is on the lift and they're trying to get the horn to work. I ask about it cutting off, "Oh, we didn't check that" and he sent someone out to test the bike real quick, but they'd had it running on the stand and it was warmed up and the kid didn't notice anything wrong.

I paid and when I got home I found the spark plugs in a saddle bag. They hadn't bothered replacing those. I'll find somewhere else to go as they just didn't seem to want to do anything but...

Got my Magna running properly. Can't wait to enjoy it this summer.

After a couple rides started giving trouble again. Took it back in. Last week they called and said they were closing shop. Asked for my address and dropped the bike off. This is the 2nd time it came back missing parts. First time I wasn't sure. This time spark plugs are gone.

I understand closing for the reasons they are and appreciate them bringing my bike back. I've asked about the missing parts and have only been told we will take a look.

Now I need to buy spark plugs and try to find the radiator side fairings. I was able to replace bolts and screws.

My 2018 Roadglide would not start up after a fill-up at a local Gas Station. Once my bike was towed to Paparo's, It was diagnosed on the First day! 😁 I recieved a complete estimate from Pattrick, and the price was reasonable and he kept me informed with photos of my bike to show me what im paying for and kept me up to date each day it was there. My bike now shifts so smoothly & runs great! Very professional and very good service, Paparo's will be my 1st call again in the future. Thanks...
