I sadly opened the pizza until I got home and had to drive all the way back. It was hard and old. I went back and because I work in customer service and know how mean people can be, I KINDLY told the young man by the name of KAY, that I was there to just return the pizza and get a refund. He started tossing everything, acting rude, and started to talking to his coworkers in spanish. I assume I look like I don’t understand Spanish and therefore don’t know what he’s telling them about customers(me)..? He then abruptly closed the window on me. When he opened the window, he (KAY) said he couldn’t give me a refund. I did give him back the old pizza without a single bite on it and my receipt. I don’t understand why a refund was not an option for this establishment. Anyway, I understand we’re all human and giving a bad pizza sometimes happens. However, throwing a tantrum and treating customers like that looks awful on a business. I should’ve read all the bad reviews here before stopping by this Little Caesars,...
Read moreGo to ANOTHER location. They will charge you whatever substitutions they will see fit. I asked for a Hot N Ready as we all know to be the cheapest one and when they told me 7.67 I asked TWICE if that was for the Hot N ready and they said yes. They give me the receipt and it was an extra most bestest pizza. I wouldn't have cared if they told me they didnt have any hot n ready pizza ready but they didn't and they just charged me. I asked why they didn't ask me before charging and the "ASSISTANT MANAGER" Yamilet was soooooo unprofessional telling me to read the menu next time because by "technicallity" that was the Hot N ready they had available lol. So yes she knows that by "technicality" because she works there, I DONT. And I'm sorry but little ceasers is not the best pizza which is why ppl go for it only because it's cheap 🤷🏻♀️ so yes I think this location needs to shut down or hire new staff. So many other stories from ppl...
Read moreShowed up to pick up a pepperoni pizza and I see a male employee sitting on a prep table on his phone. That was my first cue to just leave. We got our pizza and took it home to find it to be burned, but still warm. We tried a slice each, but there was no way we could have finished it. The crazy bread was all undercooked dough, but we had 2 sticks each. Nonetheless, woke up 6-7 hours later to bouts of food poisoning.
Maybe if the employees were not potentially cross-contaminating food contact surfaces, we would have been spared the illness. Maybe if the pizza was actually tracked from preparation time and had a use by time that was properly followed, we would have been spared from illness too. I am an above store leader within the restaurant industry myself and food safety and sanitation practices of a restaurant are absolutely paramount as they should be above all else. This location’s evening crew could clearly care...
