Bella Pizza — Restaurant in Elizabeth

Very disappointed in the way the owner and staff handles their customers, I’ve ordered pizza and other dishes from this restaurant plenty of times I mean like every two (2) days because my child liked there pizza and wouldn’t eat anything but there pizza ( because he’s autistic) and I recently had two (2)deliveries had about a month or so shy from one another and the delivery driver one guy and one female decided to give themselves an extra tip on top of the cash tip I give to the delivery person. I called to complain and the manger stated that the owner ( which they said was a female) would call me back but didn’t receive a call back , I had to call and the guy who was given the phone horrible and I mean horrible he justified that the delivery lady had two (2) children and it was a mistake and I said if that’s the case then why not have her apologize for it then, I don’t want my money back because obviously she or the store needed it more . My thing is this it’s the principle of the matter . And when I mentioned I’m a mother as well that didn’t matter either, I work hard for what I have and to satisfy my family ( my child ) with there food and for them to be disrespectful and dismissive with a now ex valued customer is crazy . I will be pressing charges too. Once probably is a mistake but...

Worst Pizza experience ever. Went to visit mom with the kids, she asked me do you want to order some pizza. I didnt have taste for pizza but can definitely go for a nice Italian sub being it's a pizzeria and everyone else can eat the pizza. So we ordered delivery on Wednesday 1 large pie with pepperoni and a whole sub with Ham, salami and provolone cheese with the works on it. To find out after the food was delivered(took over a hour to receive the food on a 7mins drive) that didnt sell no pork which is no stated on the menu or over the phone. The meat looked and tasted like a Bologna sandwich with the bread being hard as a rock also the pizza came warm. The Best Part was the service to receive my money back for the sandwich which I didnt worry about the pizza money at all because i understand business just wasnt letting that sandwich slide. I never ask for my money back when I order stuff but had to in this case because i felt they try to send over anything because a older lady nice lady was ordering over the phone. I wish I could give it a 3.5 rather than a 3.... Let's see, I ordered three things: chicken penne a la vodka, chicken Cesar salad, and a sausage parm sandwich. The sausage parm sandwich was perfect. Could include more sausage but taste wise and everything else about it was good... Now my chicken Cesar salad has the potential to be PERFECT...until they drained it with an immens amount of Cesar dressing (I would recommend asking for the dressing on the SIDE!) also on the online menu it states that it comes black olives.. Mine has NONE... And finally my chicken penne a la vodka would have been soooooo good has the cook not burnt the chicken , leaving a bitter taste (don't ever burn chicken breast and eat it with your food! It'll ruin your taste buds) ... Delivery was exactly on time.. Good came nice and warm.. But those little details ruined it for me...
