Bugle Pointe — Hotel in Estes Park

We stayed in B10. It was amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way. Check in was easy and casual and fast. The room was comfortable and cozy with an easy to use gas fireplace that kept our entire condo warm on a snowy weekend. The hot tub was hot and ready to get into on arrival. Bed was comfy. Everything was clean. Kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and glassware you could possibly need. The view from our room was beautiful and we got to do some bird watching while soaking in the hot tub in the morning.

The one warning I will give to guests is that they charge an additional cleaning fee (ours was more than the room itself at $140) and that was not disclosed until checkout. I would have loved to know that ahead of time, especially since it was more than the price of the room. The fact that they don’t disclose that earlier does come off as a little skeezy. I don’t mind paying it, as the rooms are very clean but it would just be nice to make a decision on where to stay, knowing the actual cost...

This is our second time at this unit. The location is outstanding. Unit was clean and check in and check out was fast and easy. The only problems were that the fridge froze almost everything, even after adjustment of the thermostat. That led to the loss of items like salads, boiled eggs and coleslaw. Sodas froze. Pasta salads froze. The dish washer is an older plastic interior design and is beginning to break, particularly on the top shelf. Oven did not uniformity cook as well, but that is minor. Having a washer and dryer in unit was great. The hot tub is also outstanding. Overall, this is a great unit and hopefully we will be able to come back in the future.....with our...

Please be aware this place has no AC! The workers realized that we needed help when we called them and they brought us some fans. Overall, a very cozy experience. Right on the beautiful river. Made breakfast in the kitchen with no problems. I slept like a rock on the bed. It was a bit too hot upstairs so that knocked it to 4 stars but I would come here again no doubt if im in Estes park or the Rockies again.thank you for...
