The quality of the food is becoming very lackluster, sloppily mundane, and not made too well. First off they no longer put enough french fries in the container, it's usually half full. The potatoes are too small, after cut in the hopper tiny spuds make short broken french fry chip stumps.
Get bigger potatoes so Fries look as they should. That's been going on for at least 2-3 years or more at different county locations where the public lines are around the corner.
The seasoning on the meat at times isn't there, they forget to add the correct number of cheese slices on the double, and if u order a larger size burger the top cheese layer is always missing from the meat. It's very noticeable as soon as u take a bite. What are they doing?
The drinks are pre-poured before u get to the window, and the wet cup condensation is quite nasty on a cup if u eat in the car; and there's way too much ice in the cup.
The buns are dry, over cooked and burned on the grill so there's a black ring of char around the edges, when u take a bite. The char crunch and leathery chewy taste from bread too long on the grill jumps right out at u.
I don't know who trained these people, but I'm sure Harry and Esther Snyder would never approve of the way things seem to now be going downhill, in a continual downward spiral. Maybe they were trained by that racist manager named Casey...
Read moreIn-N-Out is a S. CA specialty hamburger shop. They exclusively offer hamburgers/cheeseburgers and thin cut fries with soda or milkshakes. In-N-Out is open in mid-morning for early lunch until nighttime. The hamburgers come with onions (unless you ask them to keep them off) and a sauce similar to Thousand Island dressing but I believe it’s In-N-Out’s secret sauce. You can custom order your burger with or without sauce and onions. The fries are thinly cut and cooked in very clean oil and are wonderfully tasting! They make great shakes too. You decide if you want your meal in a bag to go or a box to eat in the car. The drive thru line is usually very long but they have order takers at the car and you pay at the first window. The person taking your money does not handle your food! As you go through the lane you can watch food being prepared through a huge window. In-N-Out offers scholarships for their employees to continue their education and Is great for clean cut students. Once you eat In-N-Out food you won’t want to go anywhere else for hamburgers! Try In-N-Out...
Read moreI have had a total of 3 experiences. My first was several years ago and only with animal fries in Southern California. It was excellent! My second I attempted the hamburger with the animal fries but was too full and again they were fantastic. Absolutely starving this evening I decided not to cook and went by.
The welcoming and ordering was pleasant.
The cashier was friendly.
The lady that prepared my order was very upbeat even though it was chaotic inside.
The time frame was acceptable.
The milkshake was okay.
The hamburger....had absolutely ZERO FLAVOR! NOT WORTH ORDERING! WILL NOT DO AGAIN.
THE WORSE PART, THE ANIMAL FRIES WERE AS HARD AS A ROCK, COLD, AND SOLIDIFIED INTO ONE LARGE CLUMP! It was so awful that that a fork couldn't break them apart without them flying everywhere and when they did even my dog did want them. She eats ANYTHING! (Or at least she used to.) It is now in a shallow grave in my kitchen & my dog licked the cheese off the outside container.
A wasted trip and wasted money. Very, very...
