I had horrible service here at this AutoZone never have I Ever had Terrible Service at a Auto-zone. This store service people the wrong way. There was a long line when we got there. We waited in line then ask the guy what we needed the guy printed out a receipt and we had to get out of line and get the products ourselves. 1st of all that's bad customer service because every other AutoZone I'll been to the coworker would show Us in the aisle & give us the products making sure we got the Correct one. Then After getting out product that we needed we had to get Back in the Same Long Line. They did not have a coworker on a different register helping out the coworkers that are just needing to PAY & LEAVE. Any other Auto-zone I been to they have a coworker on a register helping the customers in the store Just to Paying and get them out the store which is having a better flow in the store so customers doesn't wait to long. BUT In this Auto-zone it's not like that we have to stay in the same line until they are done with the customer in front of us. They need to come up with a better way to help the Customer flow in there store. Or get better coworkers because people there they barley want to work. The look on there faces is pure laziness. Ā Ā Ā Read moreNot sure if this would have happened if I was someone other than me, but the manager of this store had a young lady chase me to my car to make sure that I hadn't just walked out with a big container of anti-freeze. The girl who chased me was clearly uncomfortable with the situation and seemed to have felt fairly confident that I hadn't stolen the product, but she had to do her job. Being unfamiliar with auto parts stores, I had actually asked her questions when I entered the store. She was nice and friendly and so was the other sales person who looked up the specific product for my vehicle and then assisted me with my purchase. Not sure how I had favorable interactions with 2 of the 3 employees, while the older white manager is someplace lying in wait to make ridiculous assumptions. After being approached, I went back into the store to show my receipt to whoever it was doubting my purchase. The manager had no explanation for thinking I had stolen the anti-freeze. In fact, all he said was "uh, I didn't know". Mr. Sir, the next time you don't know, you may consider first asking your employees before having one of them chase down a paying customer, embarrassing them by suggesting they're a thief. Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst customer service ever. I called to see if they had my part, they said they did so i told the guy I'm on my way. I'm 5 minutes away. He said well hurry cause we close at 10. I was 6 minutes away. I speed the whole way there. I ran to the door which was already locked and the guy was walking to the door, it was now 9:59. He unlocked the door and two employees walked out and he said very rudely "we gone" the other said in an even ruder tone "yeah we usually already gone before 10". I really figured AutoZone would have better customer service than that and since I had just talked to the guy and told him that I was 5 minutes away you'd be expecting me, and wait not tell me in 5 minutes that I'm too late and he's going home. We own a trucking company and by our parts from AutoZone all the time and we would never treat our customers in this way. Will absolutely never return to this location.
